Great place! The location was so wonderful …we mostly had the beach to ourselves. Short walk to the beach although a little tough getting down to the beach from the boardwalk for my 83 year old dad.Fishing was great. Sawdolphins every day…and spinner sharks leaping from the water the first day. House was ample for my family of 9 adults and two children. Would definitely recommend!

This was a beautiful house and the location was perfect. We had plenty of room for the whole family. Our granddaughter loved sleeping in the bunk bed and being able to watch TV from the top. The pool and access/views to the beach couldn't have been any better. And the kitchen was well-stocked with supplies (just make sure to bring your own plastic cups for the beach and pool). Access to the grill across the street was wonderful and the food there was quite tasty.The beds were not the most comfortable, but I've definitely experienced worse. But overall, a truly great house.

Cinnamon Beach Birthday Party

We stayed 4 nights at this beautiful property in celebration of my wife’s birthday. Our 4 adult children and families totaling 14 people had ample sleeping spaces and plenty of room to spread out. The pool and hot tub with walk over to the ocean were all fantastic. We happened to be staying during hurricane Helene, and were largely unaware how bad the storm was in this beachfront home excepting two windward bedrooms that were noisy. There were some materials from other properties in the yard and the pool was a mess, but we were able to clean the pool with provided supplies. I was a bit surprised That nobody checked on conditions directly, but no worries. The community pools were just two doors away and fantastic. Unfortunately the restaurant had just closed for the season. Overall a fantastic stay. The only concerns were a lack of any salt, pepper or spices that were to be provided. The ice maker didn’t work properly and the place does have some minor damages that had us concerned initially. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

Great but a few little things

The house was great and we had everything we needed. The biggest issue is that the house could have been a little cleaner. There were literally hundreds of dead bugs inside the windows/doors facing the ocean on the main level. The floors in general seemed a little dirty and we couldn't find a broom. Several of the showers handles were not working but the maintenance guys came out right away and fixed them. The plantation shudders on the front door fell off in the middle of the night a scared us to death. Overall the house was great and we really enjoyed our vacation!

Exceeded expectations

The house was as advertised, but exceeded expectations. The bedrooms were large, and the home had plenty of space for the 4 families to stretch out. The property does have a childproof fence for the pool, which came in handy and we were thankful for, with young children. One item to be aware of, the master sliding doors are not soundproof, the room is gorgeous however beware you can hear neighbors and pool activity, clearly. Our neighbors were uncooperative during our stay but the on site security was wonderful in a quick assist to ensure the quiet hours were adhered to. The amenities are plentiful and our family really enjoyed the community pool, splash pad, and onsite grill and bar for a quick change of scenery when needed. We would absolutely rent this home again in the future.

Bachelorette Trip

Absolutely beautiful home with great amenities! Private beach, private pool, private hot tub and 2 additional community pools. Just wonderful! There was plenty of room for all of our guests and we didn't feel crowded at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Multigenerational Family Vacation

Our family of 9 had an amazing time at the house, pool and beach. The house had everything we needed from rooms for everyone, fully stocked kitchen and down to dry pool towels when needed. There are plenty of pool and beach supplies which we used when some of what we brought broke. Great to have everything right there on site. Be sure to check the rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center because you can see them from the boardwalk to the beach or on the beach.

Won’t be disappointed!!

Incredible house and location. 3 levels and amazing ocean view! Whoever gets the master won’t want to leave ! Lots of seating and perfect for large family gatherings. Tastefully decorated throughout. And the view. Did I mention the view? 5 star all around.

Tiki Tides is as advertised - a beautiful home in a great location, with easy beach access and terrific sunrise views. There was plenty of room for the 14 of us, including 6 grandkids ages 4 - 6, and we all had a wonderful time.

Great family property!

The property was exactly as listed. The location was perfect, with access to community pool and work out facilities. Communication from the property managers was proactive and helpful. We had several older family member's so it was great to have a working elevator. Highly recommend this property for location (between Flagler Beach and St Augustine) and value. Would definitely stay again!

Another fabulous stay at Tiki Tides

We are a group of 12 friends who have gathered annually for 18 years. This was our 2nd stay at Tiki Tides and we love it. And we will likely book the house again for our next gathering. Plenty of space, love being ocean front, love the access to the community amenities too.

Paradise

This house will not disappoint. The location is perfect. The house is clean, nicely decorated and accommodates a large group. There is plenty of space for people to spread out and get away from the crowd when needed. Plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery. Beds were comfortable and towels were plentiful. We would love to come back here to paradise.
