Renata covered everything! She's one of the best hosts I've ever worked with. She was ALWAYS prompt in responding and always very pleasant, wishing that we'd have a great stay. Needless to say, we were very pleased with our stay. She was above and beyond accommodating. A beautiful home, just like the description and photos. Wonderful quiet friendly neighborhood. Easy access to bike trails. That why we choose this home.

The host has the utmost care and attention to detail which makes this one of the best VRBO experiences of our many years of travel. It is always well appointed and spotlessly clean. I can not begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect! Everything you could need. Comfortable beds are the best! Clean and supplied very well. My 7 year old grand daughter wanted to stay. I had to promise her her we would book again and we will. If you’re looking to rent this property do it! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Palm House. We have visited many vacation rentals and none have ever been as well-stocked as this one. In addition to household items that met every need, there were games and toys for every age group. The home is spacious and comfortable and convenient for getting anywhere in the area.

Fantastic Pool Home! Impeccably clean and exceptionally equipped. Tasteful and thoughtful touches though out. Excellent communication with host! Photos are great, but even better in person. Pool was very well taken care of and a very nice size. Quiet neighborhood and convenient location to shopping and restaurants. Would recommend and will return when the opportunity presents itself.

We have rented a couple of houses over the yrs in Florida, always on the gulf side. This house makes us want to visit the coast again!!! Everything looks even better then the pictures! So well organized, stocked, clean, and well decorated! We are normally an on the go family but we ended up wanting to spend more time at the house! All the games, pool table, and pool were a huge hit! Close to everything you could ever need. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean and safe area. The host was so friendly and quick to respond! Can't say enough about this house!! We will be back!

Cozy qui retreat

My family and I have stayed at this property twice. The home is cozy and has everything you need to settle in and enjoy. Close to the beaches (we love bay park in the Hammock) and restaurants & shopping. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. The outside lanai is a great spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and take a dip in the pool. Fenced yard and very quiet neighborhood so perfect for families. Thanks Renata for another great vacation, we will be back!

Amazing Anniversary

Me and my husband stayed here for our anniversary! We wanted somewhere quiet and relaxing! We got both! The amenities included with this house far exceeded any VRBO we’ve stayed in so far. The pool table, games, the pool, the beach stuff, even beach and pool towels. It was exactly what we needed. The house was spacious and had every amenity we needed. We didn’t have to bring or buy any extras. What they provided was perfect for our stay! We will definitely be back!!

Perfect home for a Perfect Sta

We have rented VRBO homes and condos many times. This home, by far, met our every need. Located in a quiet neighborhood near everything, this home is extremely well stocked from kitchen to pool and beach towels, games for the grandkids, bikes (we never found time to ride!) and the Coffee Bar was stocked which is never the case in a rental. Home is beautifully decorated and immaculate. A real jewel and we plan to go back again since we have family nearby. Renata was very helpful - the pool heater made the water perfect for us. The layout is great for families and the MBR large and roomy. And the large screen TV’s were a nice touch… We made beautiful memories here - my daughter said this house rated a 6 star rating not a five star one!!

Beautiful Property

The home is very pretty and spacious. The layout is great with the master suite on opposite of other bedrooms. Really appreciate how organized the owner is with pictures of where kitchen utensils go. The kitchen had basic things used for cooking as well as coffee, sugar, etc. Really can’t ask for any more out of a rental home. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.
