• Damage deposit: $110 per day, up to a maximum of $710 (refundable provided there is no damage, no items missing, or extra cleaning required).
• Pet deposit: If you are bringing a pet, a refundable $500 per pet damage deposit is payable at front desk. Additional details on the pet policy are available below.

• All accommodations are non-smoking.
• Yacht Harbor Village, Cinnamon Beach, and Homes vacation rentals do not include daily housekeeping. A one-time departure cleaning fee ($200–$850 based on unit size) is included in the total price shown at checkout.
• Parking: There is a two-car garage available.
• Pets are welcome at this property (up to 2 cats or dog, max 50 per pet lbs). A pet fee $350 per pet, per stay is included in the cost you are shown at time of booking. A refundable $500 per pet damage deposit is payable at front desk. Your reservation includes all pet fees and taxes based on the number of pets you entered in your booking - the resort reserves the right to change additional fees if the number or type of pet changes. Guest will be required to abide by the resort's responsible pet stay policies (available upon request).
