Fantastic property with great view. Host was super responsive to any and all questions or needs. The place itself was outstanding and surpassed all expectations. We are looking to rebook for next summer already!

Sue’s condo is absolutely fabulous! We love Cinnamon Beach and didn’t think we could love it anymore until we stayed in Sue’s condo. “Paradise Found” is a perfect description of this condo. The condo has everything you need. The furniture and beds are top notch. Waking up to that view was amazing. We can not wait to return.

Beautiful Condo, Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The unit is clean, comfortable and well appointed with everything you could need for your stay. The views from the living room and master bedroom are beautiful and the balcony was a lovely place to have morning coffee. The community was great as well- no issues at the security gate, the pools and gym were a great bonus. Would return again for sure!

Famly Vacation - we loved it!

Absolutely gorgeous. Photos don't do this justice. It really is a beautiful home and Sue was very helpful. Surrounding community is lovely. Our favorite vacation!! If there is any downside, I would just let everyone know to bring water shoes as the rocks in the surf can be sharp.

Great Place on the Beach

We stayed for a week and had a great time. The condo was great; we had three couples and the condo worked well with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was wonderful to wakeup to the surf and view of the ocean. The pool facilities were great with a grill and bar. The food was actually very good for a pool grill. We had an issue with the coffee maker and the owner took care of it right away. There are tons of great restaurants in the area, we ate out every night. The owner had a wonderful binder with brochures of things to do and menus for places to eat. If you like golf there are many nice courses within 30 minutes of the condo. We highly recommend the Palm Coast area and this condo unit for your next vacation.

Perfection at the beach

We found it just as advertised. Sue (the owner) has everything in the condo you could possibly need & she is extremely understanding to any issues that might arise ( like forgetting to start the dishwasher when we left). It was absolutely the perfect condo for our family of 5 adults ( but she's got children covered with toys if needed). The place is just perfect and a easy drive to many activities. Just a few of our activities were The Kennedy Space Center, The Fountain of Youth, The St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Chololate shop, & Silver Springs.

ANOTHER PERFECT WEEK AT THE BEST APARTMENT IN CINNAMON BEACH!

This apartment is perfect. I have no complaints at all. It is clean, well maintained and appointed. The owners have gone the extra mile in suppling everything you need for cooking, sleeping, going to the beach or pool, or just relaxing on the balcony... everything! The furniture is beautiful and comfortable, too. It’s our second time renting and we are already planning our next visit. So glad we found this “Paradise”.

Another Day in Paradise

Once again we had a wonderful stay in #765 the week of July 4th. Sue and Steve think of everything! We cannot get over how the kitchen is so well stocked. It has everything you can think of and then some. The view is the best ever. Every time I go out on the balcony, I fall asleep within 5 minutes. There is nothing like the ocean air. All the beds are super comfy! If you have any questions, Sue will reply personally and usually within 5 minutes. Make sure to eat at Captains BBQ. Their ribs are the best. We also love Flagler Fish Company in Flagler Beach. And make sure to eat at South Beach Grille in Crescent Beach. We are planning to come back next June!! Thanks again. Rich, Ann and kids

Paradise Was Found...Spectacular Condo.... No Detail Overlooked...

We booked our vacation over the Christmas Holidays. The condo was decorated like it was out of the “House and Home Magazine" and it was spotless. The view from the balcony was spectacular, the pictures on the site do not do it justice. I cooked Christmas dinner and the kitchen was more than well equipped, no detail was overlooked. There were different types of pillows in the all bedroom closets so depending on what type and which firmness you liked it was there to choose from. The mattresses were all pillow top, very comfortable and had 500 thread count sheets. There was a good selection of DVD’s, books and games to choose from. All the bedrooms had top quality Sony smart TV’s, the living room had DVD player. There was cable, wifi and Netflix, no shortage of viewing possibilities. There were beach towels and a beach umbrella for us to use. I will happily stay at this condo again and I will be booking another stay in the future. We have always stayed at 5 star hotels and this is our first condo rental and I have to say, I was very pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend this unit to everyone who may be thinking of booking a vacation. It really is a little piece of paradise. Sue and Steve were great to work with and answered all our questions, even the silly little ones. Thank you both for a wonderful stay.

The condo was warm, and spectacularly furnished with a beautiful view of the coastline.

The community grounds, building, and exercise facilities were well-kept and very well maintained. The dunes, beach and walkways were exceedingly clean. Miles of gorgeous beach running as far as the eye can see and the foot can walk. Simply wonderful! 👍👍

It is Paradise

We stayed at this condo for a week and folks, let me tell you, it is as described (or better): meticulously clean, spacious (photos do not do it justice in that regard), has everything you would need, and is in a beautiful location. Top floor has the tall ceilings and end units have a larger balcony. We only left to get groceries because we did not want to part with the view or the sound of the ocean. Plus the unit was so amazing that we felt at ease and at peace. It truly is a spectacular place to stay. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend it.

This condo was the prettiest one we have stayed in at Cinnamon beach. The appliances in the kitchen were good quality and the cabinets nicely equipped with utensils, plates, pots and pans. Excellent Condo and Excellent Vacation

We had another wonderful time at Cinnamon Beach vacationing in Condo 765 for the month of March this year. The owners Steve and Sue have made this a very inviting place to vacation, so much so that we have booked it again for next year too. The condo is extremely well equipped and extremely clean so it is a pleasure to stay there. The ocean views from the terrace are spectacular and you can even see dolphins swimming near shore.
