The location is amazing and everything was perfect for our family vacation! We have stayed here twice and are already looking forward to returning next year. The house has a lot of great outdoor space, stunning views from the top floor, and a well equipped kitchen. Alina is great to work with and is very responsive.

Excellent stay

The neighborhood was excellent super quiet and in a great location. The only issue we noticed was the fridge was struggling to keep things decently cold, the freezer barely made ice (we made do with a large cooler), the dryer will constantly run until you physically shut it off, this posses a fire hazard, and the top floor bedroom really needs blackout curtains. As soon as the sun came up around 5-530am that room was like someone turned a spotlight on. But overall this property was absolutely amazing it was exactly what was advertised and the elevator for the older family members we brought was extremely useful.Thank you

A wonderful family vacation in a wonderful beach house

The day before arriving at the house for a carefully planned 3 generation family vacation I received a phone call from Alina, the managing agent, telling me the house wasn’t ready for us. My heart immediately sank. We would be getting on the Amtrak Auto Train the next morning, and suddenly it all seemed to have gone wrong. However, I was immediately offered a swap to another house nearby. Literally a hundred feet from the beach, the house has excellent a/c, lots of windows, high ceilings, and was perfect for us. A gas barbecue on a deck right next to the living room/den area is adjacent to the kitchen. The dining table is rather small, a very tight fit for our group. Of course everything wasn’t perfect: a pair of tongs fell apart in my hand, the coffee maker was a toy, the kettle was damaged, and available dishes were limited. However, Alina responded to my texts, and we received a new coffee maker and a new kettle the day after. It took a couple of extra days to get garbage bags, really nothing more than a minor inconvenience. Wifi was spotty, and didn’t get better. Important details that weren’t just right were fixed quickly. Alina was a pleasure to deal with, and very helpful. A glitch at the end was annoying and unnecessary, but was fixed. A great vacation seeming in danger of failing got fixed seamlessly, and I give Alina a lot of credit for being so attentive. We had a wonderful family vacation.

Just Okay - HVAC Issue Ignored

Overall this is a very nice property!!!Negatives: 1) large entry gate that was heavy and in disrepair, 2) too much privacy in one room on the floor - said it has a private entrance, not the ONLY entrance and completely closed off from the rest of the house (bad to leave kids cut off from rest of house yet adv as kids quarter), 3) outdated pics - there were no hammocks, no loungers on balcony, hanging swing was gone, 4) some of the description wasn't accurate, kids were expecting a "delightful game room". Maj prob we had was the failure of the host to resp to an HVAC problem. Maint was called by the cleaning crew shortly after we arrived because the elevator wasn't working. The temp in the downstairs room was at 78 so we let him know about it and he said to adj the temp down 2 deg at a time so the unit could slowly adapt and this would work. Did this and there was no change. Kids said they were fine with the temp so we decided not to call maint. Tues even rose to 82, room too hot to use. I mess the host using the portal Wed at 8:26 am. The mess was "read" but no resp. I sent another to confirm the mess was recv'd at 1:54 pm. Also read but no resp. I then recv'd a mess Fri afternoon via VRBO with checkout instr. I resp to that mess stating I'd sent 2 texts w/no resp and that the room couldn't be used. Resp to that was that they'd send someone. Declined, we were checking out the next day. Asked for a partial refund due to 1/3 of the prop being unusable - ignored.

Great Location, House Is Just OK

We LOVED that the great beach was a short walk away. The house had some issues: WIFI and fireplace didn’t work, upstairs mattress needs to be replaced, stove burners need cleaning badly and dishwasher was broken. The view of the ocean would be greatly improved with high top tables and chairs on the porches. We really enjoyed the beach umbrella and chairs provided and spent hours watching the sunrises and hanging out by the water.

Quick Stay

We enjoyed the few days we had here. Hurricane Milton messed up our week. House had plenty of room. Clean. complaint-kitchen was rather sparse on items ie: no cookie sheets, glass bowls for mixing in. Oven did not come to proper temp.

Family vacation

We had seven adult family members (parents, our four children and son-in-law) meet here from across the country for a vacation. The home and outdoor areas were lovely with very easy beach access. The top floor balcony was perfect for viewing a space launch. We kayaked and hiked at the park. Great walkIng beach. Would recommend this home.

Great beach location

The home was great for a beach week getaway with family . The home needs some love and TLC but over all enjoyed the beach and space of the home . There where a few challenges with the internet it was difficult to maintain and had to keep logging in to connect to watch TV and was not able to connect for work . The TV in the master bedroom did not connect and had several IT friends and family try to connect . The coffee pot was cracked and had to use pods , some of the utensil where broken and did not have vast options for cooking . The chair upstairs was compromised and than broke once someone sat in it and sat back . The beds where very comfortable but my brother was in the down stairs bedrooom and woke up witj bites all over his legs and the utilities down stairs did not have power except for the fridge . The fridge upstairs did not have ice or water and the ice machine did not make enough ice and melted quickly we had to buy ice . I’m used to having more towels for showering and a cleaning supply to wipe counters down . The steps outside look like they have not been swept all season The picture did not reflect what the house looks like on the outside and cushions where very dirty I almost washed them .I understand a beach house can take a tole but it’s in need of some love

Awesome place and host

We had a great time...super close to the beach, easy to find, all sorts of equipment to enjoy the sand and sun, and a great layout for two families with 5 kids. The only thing to consider is that reaching the top floor bedroom requires navigating a tight, spiral staircase. There's an elevator, but we couldn't get access. Might be imperative for some guests.

Everything you Want or Need

This property was a wonderful fit for our family. We had our adult children, my grandchild, and my dad with us. The elevator was great for getting my dad to each level. The description was on point. A very clean and neat home. If a family is flying this property has everything you would want for the beach. You do not need to bring anything. The neighbors who live there were very friendly and loved talking about their community. We will be back.

Wonderful Location

Our family of 8 had a great time. The location is mere yards from the beach which seems almost private. Saint Augustine is a mere 12 miles up the road and Flagler just a few miles south. The house is set up as two units and was perfect for us. Views from the balconies were awesome. The kitchen could use a few more utensils (only had 7 forks) but everything in working order. The outdoor shower was used often and perfect for getting the sand and salt off. Check in was easy. Great stay overall and would go back again.

Incredible Relaxing Vacation

Overall, our stay at this house was better than we could have imagined. We had a large group of 10 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is well equipped with just about anything you’d need. Kitchen had everything we needed. There were chairs and beach toys in the garage which was appreciated. Having an elevator was very helpful for my parents and daughter who was in a boot. The beach is very close, a 3 minute walk. Speaking of the beach, it’s gorgeous! Beautiful sand, private so not crowded with incredible views. The only problem we encountered was 2 ceiling fans on the third floor not working when we arrived but after notifying the manager, they quickly got someone out to repair. For the most part, the place is as pictured. Only differences were on the decks. There are no hammocks or swinging bench. Fortunately the furniture that is there is on the decks is nice quality and comfortable. We were sad that our stay was over but hope to return next summer!

The best

The property was perfect for our 3 generation family by providing great space to all be together and still have privacy (down time) when we wanted it. The property had a ton of storage space for surf boards, strollers, etc. There was plenty of parking space when our friends visited. The decks on the first and second levels are amazing and the third level decks provided an fantastic beach view. An excellent array of beach chairs, etc. was provided. The beach was perfect - no cars allowed, clean, very family oriented and not crowded at all. We have already booked again for next year.

Great stay.

The location was great. Just steps from the beach. The neighbors were very polite to us while we were there. Questions we had were promptly replied to. The elevator was great for my mom who had hip surgery a few months ago. I would definitely consider booking this house again.

Our family vacation

This was a very large house, which was very nice for our family, and it had an elevator, which was great for my elderly parents. House was overall very clean. We did find a few roaches and contacted the host and they sent out a pest control company the next day. The backyard gates were broken and did not close. I contacted the host and she sent out a maintenance man the next day to repair them. The front gates did not close so again I contacted the host and she sent out a maintenance man to repair that, but I must say for seniors these gates are very difficult, the only thing in the description that I disagree with was the yard. The front yard was nothing but weeds. As for the house, the kitchen was very lacking and supplies. If you want to cook I would suggest you bring your own cooking supplies and grill utensils. The grill utensils that were there were disgusting the pots and pans that were in the house were unusable the Teflon was all cracked and chipped We contacted the host, She told us to purchase that and she would reimburse me for the items that we left. We found the waffle iron was broken and wiring but overall our family enjoyed the trip. There is a seafood fishery very close to this property which was wonderful. The proximity to the beach was also wonderful and the beach is extremely private. I believe if the owner would do just a little bit of maintenance and spend a little money on some upgrades, like patio furniture for one, this would be the greatest place.

Perfect Battery Recharge

This was a 5 day weekend stay for our families. We have relatives near by and this worked out great. The property is very impressive. Like all coastal properties, there is constant maintenance required. They have done a good job with this. The kitchen is well stocked with glasses and cooking equipment. We did not try the gas grill. Thank you so much for the much needed recharge.

Lots of room and good residential area

The property is great for 8 people. The rooms are spacious and the house is very close to the beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property manager was very responsive to any issues or questions we had. We let the property manager know of some minor maintenance that needs to be done and suggested some lighting in the front yard. The layout of the house was perfect for our 3 family groups with each group occupying a different level of the house. Absolutely loved the big porches and den/kitchen area for meals and together time! We definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

Great house, awesome location!

Wonderful house for a big or several families and the elevator was such a huge help unloading! The location was fantastic, very short walk to the uncrowded, beautiful beach. Would definitely stay again. The yard needs some maintenance as well as the exterior paint but overall great house.

Very nice property

Amazing location and plenty of space for the family

The location is perfect for the beach, and the views are spectacular. We enjoyed the vast outdoor space, both sunny and shaded, complimented with a steady refreshing ocean breeze. Already looking forward to revisiting this property next year!

Great Location, Some issues, Exterior needs work

House had the best view on the road hands down. Host graciously made sure we got in ok. I was disappointed to find the beds were stained with bodily fluid and the exterior needed serious work with overgrown vegetation and tiles needed repair on porch as they were not only cracked, but felt as if you could fall through them. I did not immediately contact the host with the concerns, and we did have a great time and I certainly did not look for a discount or any such thing - I did however email her pictures and raised concerns she might want to look into and address.
