This place was excellent in every way. I can’t say enough about the pool/spa area. So beautiful and useful! The communication was fast! The neighbors and people in the area were nice and the area is perfect. You are only a few miles from Publix and about 10 from Walmart and tons of restaurants. The house is setup perfectly and stocked with all you need! The golf cart was a game changer. We used it to ride around and see the are! There is a state park connected to the road off Central with a couple ponds. ( our son loves fishing and spent some time there) very dog friendly area! Love love love this place! You won’t be disappointed!

Upon arriving the home was very clean.Did a walk through!! As well as the wife!!We are very satisfied with are stay!! The host is awesome to deal with!!The golf cart was the cherry on top to watch the new years fireworks on the beach!!

Pool is gorgeous, all ages loved using both it and the spa. Proximity to a nice beach and ocean was excellent and golf cart helped carry all the stuff needed. Biking was easy due to all the paved options. Being close to Washington Oaks SP is very nice and lovely to visit. Groceries were acquired easily and kitchen was set up well to prep and cook for a family of 9. We were able to park our 33’ RV in the drive and there was a handy 30amp electrical post to connect to. Nice area to walk dogs in. We especially liked the small public park several streets away for a place to “off” leash them for a bit. The neighborhood in general was pretty quiet while we were there. All those encountered were very friendly. House was clean and organized and everything was very comfortable. We had a few small issues initially but the property manager is an excellent communicator and her and her assistant had everything resolved very quickly. I give them very high marks responding as they did on Christmas Eve. Overall we would highly recommend this property.

First impression was not great because of the previous people before us. The pool area was left a mess and the whole place needed a good cleaning. I made Alina aware of this and she was so apologetic and embarrassed. She got Ivanka to come right away and she spent hours making sure everything was just right. I appreciated them taking care of it quickly. As far as our overall stay our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Nicest pool ever! It is not handicapped accessible though and so no handrails to get in or out. The house had plenty of room for our extended family and the beds were very comfortable. It was also nice to have the use of the golf cart to go to the beach. Alina was great with communication and will go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful!

Amazing vacation rental

The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and store some leftovers. The pool and spa were absolutely gorgeous, the proximity to a private beach was perfect.

Wonderful

One of the cleanest vacation homes we have been in. We enjoyed the pool with its oasis setting and the waterfall. Conveniently located with a very short golf cart ride to the beach which was dog friendly and not crowded. We found a number of enjoyable hikes within 4 min to 20 min from the house.

Amazing Stay

Alina was an amazing host! Property was exactly as advertised and more. Plenty of room and super close to the beach. Little cold this time but still plenty to do and in a great little community. Will definitely be back and bringing my parents!

Peaceful retreat

Loved our stay. The area was so peaceful!House was perfect for our family. Really enjoyed pool and hot tub even with the weather being a little chilly. Super close to beach but it was fun to take the golf cart. Great communication with the host, Alina. Highly recommend this property!

Stress Free

If you’re a parent and have young children look no further. We recently stayed and these were key parts that I enjoyed as a mom. The pool is NOT connected to the house but like four feet away if that. The door is tall enough that my 4 and 2 year old could not reach. The stairs were fine for my children walking up and down. They had board games available which I enjoyed. It was completely quiet and the beach was empty at times which was nice. Instructions were clear on arrival and departure. The pool table was a nice addition. Few minor things that we encountered but nothing worthy to mention. Overall, I would stay again. I loved the area! If you’re looking for an escape look no further. This is serenity!

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was just as expected and the few minor issues/concerns we had were addressed immediately by the property manager who made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival as well as throughout the week. The neighborhood is very quiet. We barely saw anyone else during our stay, even at the beach. We would 100% stay here again. One of our favorite properties that we have rented!

Outstanding Property!

This was our second stay at the Oasis By The Sea and we already booked our stay for next year! If you are looking for a private beach experience with access to MarineLand, St. Augustine or Flagler Beach then this is the property for you! The property manager is fantastic! Easy check in and check out!

Spring break

House was great. Very clean. Lots of towels and pots and pans for cooking. Pool was great but weather was a little cool for swimming. Would definitely recommend to others to stay here.
