First impression was not great because of the previous people before us. The pool area was left a mess and the whole place needed a good cleaning. I made Alina aware of this and she was so apologetic and embarrassed. She got Ivanka to come right away and she spent hours making sure everything was just right. I appreciated them taking care of it quickly. As far as our overall stay our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Nicest pool ever! It is not handicapped accessible though and so no handrails to get in or out. The house had plenty of room for our extended family and the beds were very comfortable. It was also nice to have the use of the golf cart to go to the beach. Alina was great with communication and will go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful!

Amazing vacation rental

The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and store some leftovers. The pool and spa were absolutely gorgeous, the proximity to a private beach was perfect.

Wonderful

One of the cleanest vacation homes we have been in. We enjoyed the pool with its oasis setting and the waterfall. Conveniently located with a very short golf cart ride to the beach which was dog friendly and not crowded. We found a number of enjoyable hikes within 4 min to 20 min from the house.

Amazing Stay

Alina was an amazing host! Property was exactly as advertised and more. Plenty of room and super close to the beach. Little cold this time but still plenty to do and in a great little community. Will definitely be back and bringing my parents!

Peaceful retreat

Loved our stay. The area was so peaceful!House was perfect for our family. Really enjoyed pool and hot tub even with the weather being a little chilly. Super close to beach but it was fun to take the golf cart. Great communication with the host, Alina. Highly recommend this property!

Stress Free

If you’re a parent and have young children look no further. We recently stayed and these were key parts that I enjoyed as a mom. The pool is NOT connected to the house but like four feet away if that. The door is tall enough that my 4 and 2 year old could not reach. The stairs were fine for my children walking up and down. They had board games available which I enjoyed. It was completely quiet and the beach was empty at times which was nice. Instructions were clear on arrival and departure. The pool table was a nice addition. Few minor things that we encountered but nothing worthy to mention. Overall, I would stay again. I loved the area! If you’re looking for an escape look no further. This is serenity!

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was just as expected and the few minor issues/concerns we had were addressed immediately by the property manager who made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival as well as throughout the week. The neighborhood is very quiet. We barely saw anyone else during our stay, even at the beach. We would 100% stay here again. One of our favorite properties that we have rented!

Outstanding Property!

This was our second stay at the Oasis By The Sea and we already booked our stay for next year! If you are looking for a private beach experience with access to MarineLand, St. Augustine or Flagler Beach then this is the property for you! The property manager is fantastic! Easy check in and check out!

Perfect Beach!

The home and pool are perfect for a family or group of friends! The beach is truly within walking distance and it feels like your own private beach! The golf cart was helpful too! I would definitely go back!

Spring break

House was great. Very clean. Lots of towels and pots and pans for cooking. Pool was great but weather was a little cool for swimming. Would definitely recommend to others to stay here.

Wonderful host and home

Beautiful home and beautiful pool within short distance of the beach. Alina and her team are excellent hosts and are quick to respond with any concerns. The golf cart, pool table/table tennis was an added bonus. Our family enjoyed our stay here. Only con, which is out of their control, there are new homes being built around the property.

Great family stay

The house was large enough for all to have space to themselves . The hot tub was a bonus since the beach (which is lovely) was too breezy. Thought it was chilly outside, the pool area was a lovely retreat. We loved having three bathrooms. The hosts were quick to respond to questions.

Wonderful!

This was our first time using VRBO and stumbled upon this particular rental. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and the property and location are fantastic. Outside of the tourist area so it is quiet and relaxing, yet with a short drive you can be at other locations with ease. The host was wonderful as well, and her team checked in periodically through the app to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely recommend!

Amazing location and pool!

This vacation rental was perfect for our needs since it has a separate living area on the bottom floor. Being so close to the beach is amazing, but the best part is the pool! We spent most of our time there, and it is simply amazing! Best pool of any vacation home we have rented. The beds are also very comfortable!

5 STAR STAY

We loved every minute of our vacation because of Alina and her team. They were fabulous and we love the house. Thank you for giving us a well needed vacation. We only had 4 people staying here and it was enough room for us to get away to ponder, think and set new goals but also enjoy our wonderful family. Our 2 golden retrievers were on site to and they enjoyed their vacation as well. Thank you to Team Alina!!! ;)

The house is beautiful!! So much room, the host was great kept in contact and answered any questions we had! The golf cart makes being a little bit off of the ocean bereable lol and all the provided towels, toys, chairs, umbrella and cart to haul it all with...made it a breeze. The pool/spa area is amazing after a long day at the beach. I do however feel like that the pictures and description of private lane need updated, as there has been much more development all around the property so there are very close neighbors on all sides now. Also, the upstairs deck (side facing the backyard/pool) several of the deck boards are starting to feel soft/spongy feeling when walked on. Not unsafe feeling at the moment but probably should take a look at it. We had a great time! There was 9 of us and could have easily slept more.
