Great Stay in Palm Coast

The home away from home is beautiful and most importantly clean. Our stay was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed the pool and amenities. No issues at all. We all had a great relaxing time in Palm Coast.

Okay

The dark pool was a bit surprising, a blue pool would be more appealing. The house was clean but the pool and screen area was a bit dirty. The grill was dirty but manager sent someone to clean it. The location for us was just okay. We’ve come to FL quite a few years now and like being in the F streets better, just personal preference. All and all a good vacation.

Relaxing getaway

The home was indeed very clean and beautifully furnished. The pool was absolutely fantastic and provided a serene atmosphere. However, I must bring to your attention a discrepancy regarding the fence. In the listing photos, a wooded fence was depicted, but upon arrival, we noticed it had been replaced with chain link. Unfortunately, this compromised the privacy of the pool area as the neighbor's window now overlooks it. Despite this issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found it to be a fantastic getaway. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Absolutely Beautiful place to stay

We requested an early check in which was accomodated and we arrived at the villa around noon our first day. Upon arriving the house was more beautiful then in the pictures. We needed an extra night due to the hurricane which luckily was available. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful family poolside vacation at this rental. The property was very quiet and private, even though in a neighborhood. Communication with the host was excellent and they responded quickly. They were very accommodating. We left feeling rested and happy!

Fantastic property!

This was such a clean, beautiful, well-stocked rental home! One of the absolute best we have stayed in so far, and we rent a home a few times a year. Such a responsive owner. Pool was gorgeous!!! Family had a blast. We will absolutely be returning.

Getaway

This is probably one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in as well as the most stocked. Everything was nicely labeled and many extras that are provided. The pool in the back was probably my kids favorite spot and where we ate most of our meals. The beach is less than 20 mins away and was literally empty at 9am. Overall we had a great time and the house was very impressive.

Elegant Pool and House

The pool was extremely nice and the waterfall added a nice ambiance. The house was emaculately clean and elegant. Even the grill was clean. We enjoyed our stay and will add this location to our list of possible return destinations.

Baby showber visit with family

The house was clean, wells tocked, roomy and cozy. The weather was a bit cooler during our stay so we did not go in the pool but we did sit out on the deck. It was very relaxing and peaceful listening to the pool waterfall.

Beautiful Pool Home in quiet neighborhood

This is my 2nd time staying at this property. The house is beautiful, with an outdoor screened in pool with waterfall that makes for a perfect getaway. The house has all that you could need for a fun family vacation or relaxing adult getaway. The beds are comfortable, the house is beautifully decorated and kept very clean. The property manager is quick to respond and goes out of her way to ensure the guests have what they need or answer any questions. The neighborhood is quiet and I felt very safe. The location is great to visit local attractions - both St Augustine and Daytona Beaches are within a half hour or so drive. We loved Mantanza’s beach for swimming and local Flagler beach, 15 min drive, has great restaurants! Our favorite is Oceanside, the fish tacos and frozen drinks can’t be beat. I already look forward to coming back!

Family Vacation

We were very pleased with our stay at Pool Time Paradise. The pool was perfect for our family. The house was very nicely equipped and the owner even put in an air fryer at our request which was used and appreciated during our stay. Melanie is amazing and very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet place to bring your family which is convenient to everything in the area.

Palm Coast with Beautiful Backyard Pool & Neighborhood

Home is great for families with split floor plan and plenty of room with a large comfy couch. Beds are comfortable and home is very clean and well appointed with a fire place. The backyard was screened in with a nice pool with waterfall feature and patio lights/lush landscaping. TVs are in all the rooms, and backyard as well; Weber grill. While we had no issues, management was easy to communicate with prior to our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal with quality appliances. Our only grievance was not having soap, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms. Also bring dishwasher/washing machine pods. It seems like a small expense to save the client a trip to the store. We forgot to bring some even though multiple reviews mentioned it. Our mistake, but not a big deal since there is a Publix nearby. Otherwise, our family was very comfortable. 40 min for St. Augustine, less than 20 min to Flagler Beach. Make sure to check out Washington Oaks Park & Beach. Beautiful spots less than 20 min away. We had lunch one day at JTs Seafood Shack and it was delicious. Also, the Portuguese baked goods (pastel de nata) at Delicias of Portugal Cafe & Bakery on Kings Road were out of this world.

Lovely Place To Stay

We loved this house. A pool was a must for our family and our kids were in it multiple times a day. It was perfect. As a Mom I wanted a break from cooking and the location was ideal to local restaurants so that was a big win for me. Melanie is wonderful to work with. To help you be sure to pack trash bags, dishwasher tablets, and extra toilet paper depending on the days you are staying as you are only given 2 extra trash bags and 3 dishwasher tablets as a starter pack. You may want to bring a washcloth or kitchen sponge for the kitchen as well since there wasn’t one provided. We love Flager Beach and Waffle Cone(icecream shop) and those were only 20 min away. Our all time favorite beach - Matanzas Beach is 30 min but SO worth the drive. You will want to be there all day! Perfect for kids, relaxing for parents!

Stunning pool & property

I truly enjoyed my stay in Palm Coast, this house was just what I needed to relax and enjoy! The screen covered pool area with waterfall feature is even better in person. Great views of palm trees and of course the beautiful Florida sunshine and also felt very private with the fenced yard. The inside of the house was immaculate and the master bath was incredible. I’m already looking forward to being a repeat guest at this property. Great for families and adult getaways.
