Great house with plenty of space! Multiple common areas outside to sit and visit. Two minute walk to the beach where we witnessed a turtle nest hatching! The house comes with all of the chairs, beach toys, etc as well as beach towels! The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking essentials and paper goods to get us started! The beds were clean and comfortable! We love Cinnamon Beach and will be back again!

We had an amazing vacation at Palm Coast Paradise! We enjoyed the great new pool area every day. Beach access was super close and convenient. Garage is stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach. The house is spacious and well appointed. We loved the many balconies, and the four bathrooms gave everyone their own private space. Dave was easy to communicate with and responsive to our questions. We can't wait to come back next summer!

Perfect Beach House

This was a perfect vacation house for our family trip. We had 6 kids ranging in ages from 6 to 17. The kids loved the pool. They also like to walk down the street to the community pool for a change of scenery. The ocean was so close to the house. Dave, the home owner, responded fast to the couple questions that I had while we were there. There was a great selection of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas,… The house was amazing and fit us all very comfortably. I really feel like I could go on and on about how great this house was for our trip.

Great home, wonderful host

We booked the home for an extended family vacation. The home was perfect - clearly Dave takes a lot of care to make sure everything is in great shape. Kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds, lovely pool. Check-in was effortless and Dave was super communicative.We recommend this home and we'll certainly be coming back.

Trip with Kids and grandkids

The pool was great, the little ones enjoyed the ease of walking in and the mini shallow area to sit. The adults appreciated all the safety devices to keep the little ones safe around the pool. Location to the beach and community pool was awesome. Three levels of living worked well with the group we had. Host had great communication

I have stayed at numerous Palm Coast houses over the years and this one is one of my favorites. Nice layout. Plenty of outdoor space. Nice new pool. Well appointed. Not trying to be fancy. Plenty of bedrooms. Great owner. Great location. Have stayed twice and will stay again.

Family Holiday

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property over the holidays. The property is in a great location, and there were 9 of us, and plenty of room for us to all spread out and have our own space. The communication with the property manager was excellent and we felt very welcome and informed along the way. Highly recommend!

Amazing!

Such a beautiful home in a beautiful location! Clean and has everything you need for a great time at the beach. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has all you need and just a short walk to the beach and pool. We will be back!

Great space + location

We've stayed in Cinnamon Beach before so knew what to expect from the community but we decided to pick a new house this year. It ended up being a great choice. Great space for our party of 9 (five kids) which included plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and two living spaces. The kids really enjoyed the backyard and all of the beach equipment that came with the house. The host was SUPER responsive to any request we had. Highly recommend.

Great property in Palm Coast

We've stayed in a Palm Coast house every year for the Daytona 500 race week and have stayed in about a dozen different houses in the Hammock Beach area. This property is one of the better ones with a nicer layout and modern feel. Would definitely stay there again.

A great family vacation place

The house is beautiful with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group (we had 10). We really enjoyed the beach (lots of beach chairs), the neighborhood ( plenty of bikes to explore the area), and the spa like pools (one for kids and one for adults). We were told by someone who visits the beach frequently that turtles come out at times and March across the sand. That would have been fun to witness but only learned about it on our last day. I would highly recommend this property for large families.

Perfect Stay

This house was perfect for our stay! We had 10 adults and 5 kids. The house was a great size for all of us to be comfortable. The house was fully stocked with all our needs. Perfect walking distance to the pool and beach with all the equipment you could imagine! If we come back to that area we would love to stay in this house again!

Beautiful Property

Property and house are absolutely beautiful. Online pictures accurately represent the house which is well stocked with everything you should need for a vacation stay. Property manager is super responsive to request and inquiries. He notified us of a broken freezer handle before we checked in and immediately came out to make the repair. The following has absolutely nothing to do with the house or owner, but families need to be aware that beach erosion, assuming from last summer's storms, has exposed huge rocks along the shoreline and out in the water which makes the ocean completely inaccessible and unsafe. You will have to travel away from the property if you wish to play or cool off in the ocean. The rocks are bad enough that it even made fishing from the shoreline impossible.

A really great house and a great stay

Highly recommend. The house was great. My wife and I went down with both daughters and their families. One family on terrace level, one family on main level and my wife and I stayed in great suite on 3rd floor. The house was beautiful and had everything necessary. Beach access was very good and pool was a very short walk as well. I was considering saying it was horrible so we have more open weeks to book next year. But I can't do that to our hosts. They were great to work with.

Great rental

This house was incredible! We spend a week at the beach with our family every year and this was the best rental yet. It was fully stocked with every kitchen utensil, pot, pan, equipment that you could need. The owner was generous with cleaning supplies, which we appreciated. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed the selection of board games and beach toys/chairs. We highly recommend this house!
