Overall, my stay was okay. But I definitely had some issues with my stay. Starting off, the hallway is 900degrees. The battery was dead on the keypad so I couldn’t get it in the room. I contacted Jesse and he was fairly quick to try and help. But I needed to use the restroom after a long drive, was sweating, and couldn't get into my room for 15 min. Next I went to take a bath in the big tub and the tub faucet wouldn’t work, so I couldn’t take a bath. Jesse suggested I fill the tub with the shower head.. which I get it, and I did that. But still means the tub doesn’t work properly and the water isn’t as hot traveling from the shower head. My last issue with my stay was at least 15 towels I opened up had black straight hairs embedded in the fabric of the towel. I have photos of it all still. When I told Jesse, he had someone contact me to bring fresh towels. But I potentially had to drop what I was doing on my vacation to let the guy in and I was still half an hour away. Luckily the guy got let in in the elevator to bring the clean towels in a trash bag to set them in front of my door. And thankfully, the towels smelled clean and I felt much better. All that to say, Jesse had a solution for the key pad and the towels. I just felt like he didn’t care due to him being busy “at a conference in Orlando” as he mentioned multiple times. I wanted to pop back and say “yeah, I’m on vacation in Palm Coast, your point?” This was something I saved up for and it sucked that we had issues.
