Beautiful view

Very well kept, beautifully decorated and comfortable condo. Perfect location and amazing views of the ocean. Safe community with extremely friendly folks and lots of amenities to enjoy. Not to mention it is awesome having the beach right there. Really enjoyed our stay.

Palm Coast Vacation

Had a wonderful time. The condo had the best views of the ocean . Very clean and well stocked. I highly recommend a stay and cannot wait to visit again. Just perfect!

Family Vacation

Sue was great, very informative about the condo and surrounding area. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Everything worked and the beds were very comfortable, which was a plus.

Wonderful Stay in Hammock Beach

Excellent property and the amenities were nice. Very clean and wonderful large porch to enjoy the views. Definitely looking forward to a return visit. Property manager did an excellent job communicating with us before and during the stay.

Our New Thanksgiving Tradition: Dolphin View

Very simply - this was a fantastic Thanksgiving, thanks to Sue and the Dolphin View condo. The million dollar view, fully stocked kitchen, comfy furnishings and beautiful amenities, all added to the exceptional experience. Sue even shared local tips and recommendations to ensure we had a great time… We will be back!

Beautiful Room

We enjoyed our stay. From beginning to end. The owner called us directly and gave us all kinds of great tips for our stay. The room was very clean and had basic kitchen supplies. Beautiful view and super easy beach access.

This area is ANAZING!! The private beach is wonderful and the area well maintained. The “Dolphin View” didn’t disappoint either! The view is stunning!! The condo overall is nice, decently maintained. The 3 bedrooms were great with two boys who don’t like to share. We’ll be back to the area again.

Great place to stay in a great area

We enjoyed our time at this condo very much. It actually looks better in person than the pictures show. The property manager (Sue) was very helpful leading up to our visit and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay there again next time in the area.

Awesome location, great communication, very clean and exactly as describe.

The owner of this condo was friendly and responsive. She provided suggestions on places to eat and things to do. The condo is located in a condo community and has a direct view of the ocean. We enjoyed sunrise off the balcony. It was conveniently located near the walkover to the beach and a short walk to the two community pools. We enjoyed our laid back stay at this property.

Beautiful spot

Stayed here with my family. Age range 4-70We loved it, the location is beautiful. Sunrises, waves crashing outside your bedroom window. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. The beach is beautiful, the swimming was great. The pools were wonderful. The place was clean and comfortable. The place was very peaceful. Id definitely love to stay again. The only thing I wish they had was beach chairs. Not a big deal obviously, but it would have been nice to not have to rent/buy. Thank you!

Sue was a great host and very responsive. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular and the beach was amazing. I really loved how dog friendly Cinnamon Beach is. There's not much to do in the area, but it's a great place to relax and have nothing to do.

Exceeded our expectations!

We absolutely loved our week here. From the phenomenal view of each morning sunrise to the oceanfront pool, everything exceeded our expectations. Condo was very clean and well kept. Management was wonderful to work with and offered many restaurant recommendations, which helped us out a lot. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time. The property provided everything we needed. The views were wonderful and the proximities to the beach and pools were perfect. Our only one critique was the guest bed. It probably needs to be replaced.

Visiting G-Pop Pop

This was a wonderful place to stay when we (my husband and I and my daughter and her husband plus their two young children) came on spring break to visit with my 90 year old father. Dad has a small house in Palm Coast and is to small for all of us. We decided to give Dolphin View at Cinnamon Beach a try. It was a beautiful place, what a view from the balcony. The grandkids loved the slide at the pool and of course the beach. Thank you for the great visit, we will be back!

Beautiful and Relaxing

We had a wonderful week at Dolphin View. And yes, one morning I did watch dolphins from the balcony. The unit is beautiful, spacious, clean, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Don't forget to bring toiletries and paper goods though. We would love to stay here again. The only negative is that is on the 2nd floor, so you can see the ocean, but not the beach as the dunes and beautiful greenery blocks the view. The sunrise is beautiful in the AM with palm trees right in front of you. We hope to come back! The community is beautiful as well, with 2 great pools and exercise room. We loved walking on the beach at low tide, exploring tide pools, and even finding a cell phone buried in the rocks! Running on the beach is beautiful as well, but easiest at low tide as at high tide, the sand is too soft. My husband was able to commute to his conference at the Hammock Bay beach resort, walking 17 minutes down the beach every morning while photographing the sunrise. Relaxing commute! We miss it!
