Magical Memories

We had a great time in our stay at this location. The beaches were perfect, never too crowded. The pools were so fun, with a splash pad for our littles. The rooms were INCREDIBLE!!! We were blown away the minute we stepped inside our rental.

Family Trip

This was our 3rd time to Cinnamon Bay. We love the location and the properties have always exceeded our expectations. The condo had everything we needed for our quick trip to the coast. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There are beach chairs, floats, a beach wagon, styrofoam cooler, and beach towels in the unit. The beach access is close by and the ocean views are amazing. I can't wait for our next trip to Cinnamon Beach!

Family vacation 2023

The condo and location were perfect. Well stocked kitchen. Our only negative was the beach was in bad shape due to storms. Very Shelly and rocky. No swimming due to the rocks.

Magical trip

This was our first time coming to cinnamon beach and to this property. There’s not much I can say besides that everything was fantastic! The room and condo was immaculate and enormous! The property was clean and well taken care of. We had no issues with check-in and did not need to reach out to the management company for anything, all of our needs were met. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms even had laundry baskets in them! We came the week after Labor Day and we felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. The beach was spectacular (just watch out for the hidden rocks in the surfline) and the pool and kids playground were a hit for my four year old, eight-year-old and 11-year-old (and me too!)! We will definitely come back and will probably make this our regular destinations spot.

Amazing condo

We had a great experience with management being willing to work with us when our original stay was interrupted by a family death. Rescheduled with same owner / condo 5 star / maintenance quick to respond. Negatives would be no handicap beach access, pool hours, and closed hot tub. Should probably post something about shoreline rocks with the notice of no lifeguard since thet are not visible at high tide. Would recommend to others.

Friends Reunion

Beautiful view. Quiet building. Great pool area. Three friends from high school (40 years ago) meet each year to review our lives scattered across the country. We very much enjoyed this property and the surrounding area. This unit is large with beautiful appointments and a great patio area for enjoying the ocean view. A short walk to both the surf line and the community pool gave us plenty of time in the water. Highly recommend.

Nice stay would return.

Nice day will go back. Slightly disappointed in beach not a good beach to swim on. Overall‘s day was excellent enjoyed myself and my family enjoyed themselves also.

Amazing Condo!

We were beyond happy with this condo. It is beautiful and more classy than a lot of others in this price range. Pristine cleanliness. The community that it is located in is superb with a lot of amenities. The beach is so close with only a small stroll. The only negative that we can think of was the bed in the second room. It was like the frame was bent and very uneven/uncomfortable.

Getaway

We had a nice time. Our condo was large and spacious which we enjoyed. The kitchen was well equipped which made cooking easier. Cons: we didn’t realize the walk to the pool and beach. Also didn’t realize the rocks were everywhere so couldn’t get in ocean. Although it was awesome, we will go somewhere else next year for those reasons. It was a beautiful property!

GIrls Week Away

We were for older ladies who like to play bridge. The condo was very comfortable and nicely furnished. We loved sitting on the balcony which had a sectional where we watched the beautiful beach and habitat. Very relaxing.

Amazing vacation stay for family of 5

Easy check in and check out process. Impeccably clean condo with enormous space for three teenagers and two parents. Easy walk onto the beach. Always felt extremely safe. Social distancing on the beach was followed as it was not ever crowded. Parking was always available. The pool was overcrowded and impossible to stay safely apart so we left. The cafe was very expensive for what it offered and the drinks tasted like watery chemicals. And although the signs said masks to be worn, even the workers had them off. The pool across the street was empty but the water was hot and it was not refreshing. Aside from the pool and cafe amenities, this condo was a perfect 10 and we would stay here again.

Fun in the Sun

We had a great trip with the kids! Property was amazing. Very clean and had everything we needed. Only complaint was the huge rocks in the ocean In front of the condos. Kids got cut up, hard to avoid them when tide came in. Loved our time here though! Thank you for a great condo!

Beautiful gated community in Palm Coast. Would like to go back in 2021.

Property was very nice. Only problem was the work going on during our stay. Should have been told about the painting of the building and not being able to use the balcony for two days. The beeping of the equipment was very load from 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM.

Great vacation!

This was our first time with Cinnamon Beach properties, and we couldn't have been happier. The unit was second floor but still had a nice view of the ocean and made it convenient to walk down one level to head to the beach. Of course, there is an elevator for arrival, departure and after grocery store visits. Linens were provided which made things much easier for us. The washer and dryer were musts! The kitchen was stocked with basic supplies. However, if someone is looking to cook gourmet meals, you may need to bring your own supplies. Overall, we found the unit, communication/information from the property manager and location to be perfect for us (family of 4 with 2 grandparents). We'll definitely be back!
