We loved our stay here and the host was wonderful. The house and pool were beautiful and clean and just as shown in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and perfectly located within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. There were plenty of trails to walk on with the dogs. It was the perfect beach getaway.

We had a great stay here and really loved the convenience of the location. The golf cart was great to drive to the beach at the end of the road, and the pool was refreshing for our time at the house. The yard is fully fenced-in and was secure for our pets. The driveway accommodates 2 full-sized vehicles. It is on a very quiet street and the neighbors were friendly also. We had 5 adult family members, so the home was a perfect size for us, though we were out exploring most of the time. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The master bedroom does have a chest for clothing, though the other two bedrooms did not. There is plenty of closet space though. We didn’t do any cooking while there, but the kitchen is well equipped. There’s multiple local restaurants we enjoyed as well as coffee shops. It’s a great home and location, we had no complaints. There’s a lot of great beaches to explore in the area and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

This property is stunning and is exactly as promised in the listing. The free use of the golf cart and bikes was such a perk for us! Everything was clean, well- maintained and well-appointed. The pool was wonderful, as was the beach nearby. We will definitely stay here again.

This cute little place was so spacious and clean. The kitchen had all the utensils and cleaning supplies including sponges and towels, dishes etc. The house was very clean, well taken care of. The bathrooms were very nice clean grout etc. Maybe odd of me to mention but I hate going to a rental and the pics look good and in person there is mucky caulking or dirty baseboards, this place did not have that. All the supplies in the home help make it easy to keep clean after ourselves. I'm a mom and even on vacation Im cleaning, I take pride in my own things and especially in someone else's property. The pool although small and warm from the Florida heat, was nice for the kids to swim in since we were not beach front. The beach was a short golf cart ride or car ride down the street. It was a little odd having to drive over the grass to park on the driveway, but not a complaint, just a heads up. I felt like I was breaking a law! There was plenty of pool floats, beach boards to enjoy. It was very comfortable with my family of 4 and my mother and brother visiting. We were able to see a space launch at the public beach down the street while we were there. one of the neighbors says they can do them every few days or so or that there's launches periodically. It was a nice surprise to be able to catch that! Kennedy Space center was just 1.5 hours away as well. We would definitely go there again!!

We had the BEST family time at this home. It was the last trip with one of our fur babies and I know he enjoyed the beach one last time. Alina was wonderful to communicate with. The house was just as pictured but even better! Can’t wait to visit in the future!

Property was exactly as listed. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful house and beautifully decorated! We loved the pool and patio. The golf cart made getting to the beach a breeze! Such a peaceful and quiet area. We practically had the beach to ourselves! will definitely be back!

The home was everything we could have asked for and more! It was clean, cozy and made us feel at home for the week! Great distance to beach and the free included golf cart made hauling accessories a breeze, loced being able to swim in the pool at night when we couldn't make it to the beach. Alina was a super host and made sure we had everything we needed while we enjoyed our stay and was extremely polite and responded in a timely manner. 10/10 would stay again.

Family vacation

This is our second time staying in this home. The location is great, the pool is wonderful, the golf cart makes beach trips much easier and the house is perfect for our family of 7. The kids are already asking for a 3rd visit.

Fabulous stay!!

We loved our stay. The location and proximity to the beach was perfect. The golf cart was a terrific addition. Our kids played tennis and pickle ball every evening under the lights. We loved the walking trails through the beautiful nature preserve. We walked every day! The hosts were incredible. They were so responsive when we encountered two very minor issues. We will stay here again!

House was as advertised. Well equipped. Golf cart was great. Very clean (except there may be the beginnings of mold in master shower which is understandable given the location. Just want to have you check it out.) Maybe have a full length mirror somewhere and suggestions for fog friendly restaurants near by.

Fantastic spot near the beach

We absolutely loved this house near the beach on Florida’s Atlantic coast. The highlights were the heated pool, golf cart, and proximity to the beach. We would definitely return in warmer weather to spend even more time at the beach!

Great Place and Location!

We spent Thanksgiving week in Palm Coast to visit family, and we were beyond impressed with this property. The house is even more spacious than the photos suggest, offering plenty of room for relaxation. It was beautifully furnished with thoughtful touches throughout, including a coffee bar, laundry supplies, a grill, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need. The addition of the golf cart was a wonderful perk, making it easy and fun to get to the beach. While we didn't have the chance to use the pool, it looked inviting and well-maintained. Alina, the host, was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. We would love to return and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Outstanding Vacation Property

Absolutely loved our time at the Aqua Pearl! We stayed with our four kids (teens/pre-teen) and our pup and there was something to do for everyone. First, the property is just simply relaxing and beautiful. Everything you need is there for you. We enjoyed easy daily walks to the beach and around the neighborhood, the golf cart quick trips down there as well! Secondly, Neighbors were friendly! The location provided was an easy drive to everything we wanted see and do while we were there, including a day in Orlando, St. Augustine and even Cape Canaveral. Restaurants and groceries are an easy and short drive away! It was so hard to leave this vacation! Lastly, the property was clean and well-equipped for us to cook our own meals and to relax on the pool or front porch.
