This property, location and value is fantastic. A bit of a challenge being in the hotel and some services belong to them and some services belong to the property ownership.
We stayed for 4 days over a weekend, some things wouldn't / didn't get resolved during my stay. As an example, both bathrooms have lighted, magnified, cosmetic mirrors. Neither mirror lights worked. I suspect the bulbs had burned out. While not critical, disappointing. The TV in the Main bedroom didn't work...was told that the Hotel services the TVs - so a report was filed, but no resolution during my stay. So my main bedroom didn't have TV viewing during some down time. Another issue is the room was generally clean, but many surfaces, ledges etc. very dusty/dirty; this means the level of cleaning isn't frequent nor hi-end hotel standard. Never got WIFI working in the room. Both the hotel management and the property manager pointed fingers at the other and couldn't help, and referred me to the other. Luckily I didn't have to do any work the weekend I was there, otherwise I would have been SOL. While hotel is quick to remind you that they are not able to help with much, they do take a credit card at check in and immediately deduct $400 from your bank account for incidentals.
Many positives, but these non-critical issues definitely separate hi-end, working executive amenities from a 4-star Resort to a mediocre run VRBO.
