Great location. Room itself was spacious, but dated (original). Other than that the room was great, working AC, no fault of the owner or property manager but the building itself has a mold issue where we were staying on the second floor. All throughout the hallways it’s very moldy and musty but none of that with the room which was good. Easy parking just on the street. We didn’t have trouble finding parking. It’s one hour parking till 6pm (we parked our car for many hours and no ticket) after 6pm you can park unlimited amount of hours till 10:00am the next day. All free. So parking is free and no issue finding it. Overall great for the price. You can’t beat the price for this beautiful island.

Excellent Location for the price

Overall it was good, nice quiet pool, unit was in a great location, everything was easy to get to. Building is a bit older but for the price it was perfect. Unit had a couple of cleanliness issues, dirty glass in bathroom, old towel from previous renters, out of date food in cabinets, some over a year old. Months old Girl Scout cookies left in cabinet.

Felt at home instantly

I greatly enjoyed staying at the hotel. Some may find the room or the building dated but I found it to be charming, clean, and in a great location. The price was very affordable, and the room was comfortable and had everything I needed. There are a variety of restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store, so some nights I’d go out with people but others I could just buy some groceries and cook in the unit. The location is great, takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach, and the rest of Palm Beach is easily accessible on foot or Uber. I was in town for work but I may come back for a vacation!

Poor Communication

The overall property was beautiful and in a great location. However, my unit was not put together and had window blinds strewn all over the kitchen and bedroom. Additionally, the shower head could not stay on the wall and would fall into the tub every time I would turn the water on. Lastly, the listing said it included valet parking but the front desk said valet was nonexistent. When I raised these concerns with Vacasa, they said they couldn’t do anything for me. After 5 separate conversations, they finally sent someone to hang the blinds but they didn’t resolve anything else. I was also never provided with a key fob to get into the building; therefore, I had to rely on someone being at the front desk to let me in. I will never stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! I recently stayed here for spring training baseball. This is our 3rd time staying in this building…its in a great location, walking distance to the beach, plenty of restaurants, shopping even a grocery store. Unfortunately, my 3rd time staying in this building will be my last. In the 3 years I can see the building maintenance has gone downhill really bad. Upon checking in the front desk didn’t have my reservation and had to contact VRBO to send over what was needed (45min later we got the keys) It was March and only about 60-70 degrees outside, but yet the build was stuffy inside, funky smell in the hallways, dirty and with covid going on it looked like a lot hasn’t been wiped down in years and very dirty. The unit its self looks like it was upgraded by a 5 year old. The air freshener is SOOOO OVER THE TOP STRONG when you first walk in that I had to cover it up. The bathroom was left with a dirty plunger in the corner and what appears to be mold in the shower. Dust and dirt under the bed and in the corners of the room. The bedroom doesn’t have a AC unit, so the only form of air is a electric fan. DO NOT STAY HERE and make the mistake that I made.

Our dated

We booked this property to stay close to the beach. The entire building is extremely dated. It doesn’t look like any upgrades were done since then building was built in the 1920s. Everything about the building smells old. When we came into our room, it smelled awful but we were able to air it out. We booked this room for the price of it, but we would rather pay more to have a decent stay. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. We stayed in January and we had the A/C on blast, and the bedroom was still extremely hot. The a/c is in the living room. Front staff are extremely nice. Overall, this building is poor and I don’t recommend staying here.
