Getaway from cold Toronto

We were all very happy with the accommodations rented to us for our family holiday. Everything we needed was provided to us and there was really only our meals/groceries/entertainment to attend to Highly recommended for interested parties.

We had a wonderful time! The house is absolutely beautiful. It is very well-maintained and in a great location nearby lots of great beaches and restaurants. The community pool is great. It wasn't overly busy so we were able to relax and really enjoy our time there.I would highly recommend booking here. The owner seems to genuinely care that you are satisfied with your stay. And you can tell that he's gone the extra mile to make your time convenient with small touches like some household items being available (salt, pepper, foil, etc.) so you don't have to purchase every single thing for a short stay. We loved our time here and will definitely return.

This property was just gorgeous! So clean and fresh will definitely be returning to the PGA!

We had the best stay of our lives! The Property was gorgeous, so clean and roomy and the outdoor wrap around was just so relaxing looking on to the golf course and waterfall. The weather was picture perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to rent for the past 7 nights! We will definitely be returned guests! Thank you.

Wonderful stay!

Condo is as advertised. Everything in working order. Great views of the golf course with large screened in balcony. Can’t beat the location in PGA National. Great parking also. The community pool is very close. Would love to book again in the future.

Amazing Location and Perfect for Golfers

If you're coming for Golf, which most would, this is the perfect property. Minimal kitchen utencils but I would imagine most aren't renting in PGA to cook.

Exactly as advertised

The space was great, very quiet very clean. Pics are exactly like the real thing. We stayed for a soccer tournament and had to go to several different fields in the area. It was central to all of them and was much better than getting two hotel rooms! Great place!

Nice getaway

Great place to stay. Tranquil environment, clean unit and easy to get too. I had some questions for the host before arriving (was a little confusing w messages from 2 different names) and they were very responsive. In fact, the first morning I received a text to see if anything was needed-that was nice! Would definitely stay again

Property was clean with a great view of the Golf course. Downside, it's on the second floor so you have to walk up steps. But otherwise a nice place.

Great stay

Very nice place in the heart of PGA National. Plenty of shops/restaurants within a short Drive. This condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Could easily fit 8 people if needed. Great feature is the outdoor deck overlooking greens and fairways, very tranquil sitting out there in the AM with a cup of coffee. I was surprised how quiet it was on the interior, never heard a peep from any of the neighbors. I would highly recommend visiting the PGA National golf club, nice breakfast place there. Would love to have played a round at the club. Overall this is a great home base for a host of activities in the area.

The worst experience

If you want to experience the worst living experience, please choose this one. 1. The sanitation didn't clean until the guests checked in. 2. The owner's attitude was very poor. 3. The smell of paint just finished. It's hard to imagine that this price matches such quality. 3. The shower room can't take a bath and needs maintenance. There was nothing in the kitchen, but they didn't care. It's hard for me to imagine that such a company can go a long way in listing such a house

Nice view but……..

Too bad I cannot add photos. Check in for 31 day stay: electronic door lock loose but worked, first bedroom no end tables, closet packed with storage stuff so unusable, toilet paper holder had been ripped from wall and left in drawer, ice maker not working, only one wine glass, 4 drinking glasses, 4 teaspoons, couch is gray not white (host: “pics taken 7 years ago, you can’t expect me to update pics”). Only one sink in main bathroom, not two as shown in online pics. Host stated it had been remodeled (NO evidence that could have been done with available space) and again “you can’t expect me to update pics”. We counted on 2 sinks for my wife and me with visiting guests using other bathroom. Host limits number of guests. 6 months before stay I informed host we would like to have two separate couples visit at different times and possibly our son who lives in Jupiter. Host: “that is fine, I just don’t want to have big parties”. After checking in host requested names of visitors. I gave him names and he indicated it was too many and I was breaking the contract so I would owe him more money. I shared with him our previous communication and he said “the change has to be in writing and signed”. Host sent me a screen shot of his communication with VRBO with the VRBO agent indicating “if guest is breaking the contract on number of guests (we had been there less than 24 hours and NO guests) then YOU CAN MAKE THEM VACATE AND KEEP THEIR MONEY. VRBO said we could stay and gave us 120 cred
