"Private back patio space is perfect for home bodies that enjoy being outdoors. The bed is extremely comfortable and the kitchen can cook any meal, convenient or gourmet. The laundry mat is a convenient 3 min walk, & very well established, opened until 10pm. The bathroom is luxurious with ample space and modern feel all around. The hosts are extremely friendly & accommodating. It was a real pleasure to stay the 2 weeks at this residence. It will definitely be considered in the future as I...

"Room was clean and well maintained. Check in was easy with clear instructions from host. Would definitely stay again. Great place. Quite and safe "

"The room was clean, older (1928 per the hosts yelling at me on the phone) but clean. The property is pretty. HOWEVER, the surrounding area leading up to the house was homeless lining the streets. When I was given my check in instructions, that's where I was told about street parking. The photos conveniently leave out all of the street parking where the cars line bumper to bumper. "El precio muy alto "

"We loved this place! So many good points to highlight but I really appreciate the bed and bath linens were a good quality. The shower had hot water anytime we used it. The location was perfect to where we needed to go. We walked to a restaurant nearby for drinks and food. We would have liked to ride the bikes to the waterfront but next time. We look forward to coming back and staying longer. "

"A hidden gem in West Palm Beach. My husband and I stayed with Mr. Chase to attend a concert at the amplitheater, he was an awesome host. We felt welcome and really enjoyed our conversations with him. The hot tub was great, definitely put us right at home with the tropical theme. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and can't wait to stay again soon. Thank you very much for the hospitality. Mark and Ash"

"We liked it very much, it was super clean and a well-kept facility. Each guest was greeted with a national flags, which we really liked. We can highly recommend this accommodation and would come again if the opportunity arises."
