"Great space with a fully stocked kitchen. Nice to see a great variety of pans and baking dishes for those of us who really like to cook. Spacious and convenient to downtown Palisade, we walked in several times. Clean with tons of linens and towels when we arrived. Quiet, comfortable, and spacious. "

"My partner and I enjoyed our two-night stay at the Sweet Peach. This is a great little studio for two. It has a loft bed that might not be accommodating for an older or larger person. A young person would love the loft, and it's also great for a day nap. We ended up using the pull-out sleeper couch at night rather than climb up and down the ladder. "We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay at this beautiful property! The setting is truly special—with orchards, the Colorado river to walk along, and a lovely patio that overlooks the orchards and a serene pond. "Sarah was wonderful to work with making check in and checkout seamless. This is one of the best stocked VRBOs that we have stayed at - plenty of linens, dishes, cleaning supplies, etc which made it easy to enjoy the space. Clean and comfortable!"

"It’s very cute and modern small condo for family of four. I am not sure if six will feet (sleeping sofa was very uncomfortable to sleep on). The kitchen was good for basic cooking. Laundry is available. The most issue we had with air conditioning, it was very loud to sleep with. It was impossible to sleep without it because it was too hot. "

"The property was located in a quiet area, with great views, very relaxing. The host was very friendly and great to communicate with. Definitely a great place to stay and comfortable. I only marked down a little due to the place needing some updating. The refrigerator leaked water on the inside (but I think that could be fixed with a good defrost as this happened to one of my fridges at home) and the back yard needed weeding but otherwise it was a very nice place to stay. "We first stayed at Tres Chivos last year while we were in town for the Nightvision music festival and loved it! So when we saw that it was available this year we jumped at the chance to stay again. Its just such a cute, cozy, quiet place. Very clean and has everything you need. We love the horses, goats and sheep. The owners are so kind! We love it here and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to or through Grand Junction!"
