"We enjoyed our all inclusive holiday at Grand Palladium Sicily. We stayed at signature level, but I don't think it's really worth it to pay extra - there is a separate pool for signature level, but we couldn't get a sunbed there due to guests reserving them with towels early in the morning. There is a separate restaurant for breakfast and lunch for signature level, but the main buffet is bigger. I could not fault the setting, cleanliness, and staff, but there are a few negatives to mention: More...

"We would like to extend Our thanks to all the hotel employees for the wonderful time we had .The friendliness of the staff seems genuine and outstanding. Another credit goes to the breakfast service : Giovanna head waiter , Elisabetta,Sophia,Alessia and Valentina whom we congratulated before leaving and promised them that we will be back with great pleasure. Mr Davide the bartender, was outgoing approachable and upbeat. All of them, were polite, professional and competent.. Nicola , he arranged the taxi transfer service to the airport. Ms Lia, housekeeper manager outstanding job. Ms Giusi was our room attendant, who consistently cleaned and serviced our room throughout our stay. The room was so crisp ,wrinkle-free bed linens without any creases. Looking forward to staying with you in the future. What a great place!!!"

"Super centrico, limpio y una atención grandiosa. Tanto el personal de día como de noche, super atentos Tiene una terraza, donde dar un desayuno miy copioso, con unas vistas extraordinarias. La habitación muy grande, limpia y el baño también. Sin duda muy recomendable"

"El hotel está muy bonito, las instalaciones también, el desayuno poco variado y lo que había estaba frío. No reserves este hotel si no tienes un transporte privado, la fecha de la entrada llegamos a las 19 en la estación de altavila Milicia, la estación está muy lejos del pueblo y sobretodo del hotel, no hay transporte público ni taxi y caminando es muy difícil de llegar porque solo hay carretera por donde no deberían de pasar peatones, hemos llamado al hotel y nos mandaron un taxi que costó 25€( 3 km ) En el hotel hay un solo restaurante que no tiene mucha variedad y no hay nada de tiendas o supermercados cerca ni siquiera para comprar agua. En conclusión es un hotel para desconectar de todo y pagar todo allí dentro. También en recepción pone que está prohibido llevar comida desde fuera "

"Hotel antiguo reformado, exquisita decoración de diseño de entrada y azotea. Magníficos ventanales en habitaciones, cama muy cómoda. Lo único que resulta muy pequeño es el baño y, sobre todo la ducha, al menos en habitación básica. Lo cogimos porque era para los 3 últimos días de nuestro viaje por Sicilia, repetiría hotel, pero mejorando habitación, esperando más amplitud. Pasa combinar con playa, es complejo secar ropa y toallas de baño"

"They close the hotel doors at night without caring if there are guests outside—you have to knock on the glass to be let in. They should really install a doorbell. The staff isn’t very friendly. They come into your room to clean even when you’re still inside, and they don’t seem to care. Some employees are rude and give you unpleasant looks. In other types of hotels, at the very least, they greet guests politely with a “good morning” or “good evening.” Not here."
