The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two terraces, and a bathroom.

The accommodations are laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, dining table, 43-inch TV, and access to the terrace;

- TERRACE I (partially covered) with a small sofa, armchairs, coffee table, deck chairs, and a beach umbrella;

- KITCHEN with gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, microwave, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils, breakfast table, and access to the terrace;

- TERRACE II (partially covered) with table and chairs;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, dresser, and 20-inch TV;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double), closet, and dresser;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi (fiber), air conditioning with heat pumps (split units in the living room and both bedrooms), washing machine, safe, soundproof windows, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating may be used and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

15 EUR from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM

20 EUR from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM

30 EUR from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even for an additional fee.



Upon check-in, you will be required to pay a tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night.
