The apartment, tastefully renovated and equipped with every comfort, is located in a historic building in the heart of Palermo, just a short walk from the Teatro Massimo, within the pedestrian zone of Via Maqueda.
Its central and strategic location will allow you to reach the city’s main historical and cultural attractions on foot.
The elegant and cozy apartment has been recently renovated with meticulous attention to detail to ensure your utmost comfort during your stay. It consists of a kitchen-living room with a comfortable sofa bed (140x200), a loft with a double bed (160x200), and a full bathroom with a spacious shower.
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances (induction cooktop, microwave, electric oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster), and you’ll find everything you need for cooking (dishes, pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar). The extra virgin olive oil provided is organic and produced by us.
The entire apartment will be for your exclusive use, and you’ll also have access to a shared relaxation area with sofas, a desk, everything you need to make herbal teas, tea, or coffee, and reading material.
Note: Upon arrival, you’ll be required to pay the tourist tax for the city of Palermo, which is 1.50 euros per person for stays of up to 4 days; children 12 and under are exempt.
