Our gracious host Francesco was ever so helpful from start to finish, the property is fantastic, with the added value of historic elegance to modern finishes such as a central elevator, the one bedroom apartment with its vaulted original decorative ceilings to its four balconies with huge access balcony doors/ bifolding louvred vent doors , AC blows cold , sit and enjoy your morning coffee while watching them unload the morning delivery of plants & flowers across the street through your kitchen balcony opening .Located on a quieter side street you can still hear a bit of life passing by to enjoy the locals. A perfect location in regards to a short walk to an 24hr grocery, daily fresh fish/seafood, tons of restaurants, 10 / 15 minutes walk to almost everything, seaside boat docking & dockside restaurant, three separate local open markets, unlimited historical architectural spots , take a tour through the local theatre where they happened to shoot some of the Godfather scenes , we spent about eight nights at this property on our way to Malta & wish we could have stayed longer , also Francesco provides tons of activities and historical information on site , don’t hesitate to rent this property, we certainly won’t the next time we are passing through, thanks Francesco
