The location is great, close to a lot of the sites & the main bar/ restaurant area… The room was okay, bathroom small & flooded when shower used… The rooftop pool & bar permanently closed during our stay… apparently a storm before we arrived meant it couldn’t be fixed which was very disappointing as a prime reason for originally booking the hotel… The idea being a refreshing swim in the late afternoon followed by a drink overlooking Palermo… We asked the hotel to consider offering a discount due to the lack of the amenities.. we were politely turned down….

Great location for seeing the key sites which were mostly around 10-15 minutes away.Close to the shops/bars/restaurants in the main street as well as food markets and locally owned restaurants in the side streets around the hotel.Stylish hotel.Rooms were relatively small and bars for hanging clothes as opposed to actual wardrobes but staff,service and food excellent and the Manager led by example and was readily available to ensure stay went very well.

If I go back to Palermo I’d definitely stay again

The stay was very good. The staff in the hotel was helpful and friendly. The hotel breakfast was outstanding with choices for everyone. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. You are 5 minute walk from Teatro Massimo and Maqueda a main street with restaurants, bars and coffee shops

Very chic rooms, modern but understated, staff were very helpful and friendly throughout including in the build up helping with parking advice etc. 5 minutes or so walking to lots of the pain touristy spots in Palermo but you wouldn't know - it's very tranquil once inside.

The location is central and the restaurant Lumia was amazing. The hotel is a boutique, but the room was a bit dirty, the hottub had debris in it, and the shower area was just not clean.

A beautifully restored building in the old part of the city, just far enough from the centre to be nice and quiet but with maybe, a four or five minute walk to one the main streets in Palermo.

Worth the stay

Very good trip. Hotel room was a good size. Bed was big and comfortable. Bathroom was excellent. Staff was great. Friendly and helpful. There were a couple smalls things that needed fixing but didn’t really affect our stay. Breakfast buffet was so good.

The hotel is comfortable and modern. The staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. The location is in the heart of the historic district. The restaurant was closed for some reason, so I cannot comment on it. However, the breakfast was perfection! Overall, even though we were in the middle of a renovation, the staff and management were superlative!

Siamo frequent fliers e giariamo tanto il mondo. Qui abbiamo trovato tutto ció che un hotel possa dare ai propri guests. Un complimento e un ringraziamento a tutti i ragazzi dello staff. Questo hotel é un 5 stelle. Dai materassi, ai colori della stanza... perfino alle lusci sulle scale! Posizione strategica e tranquilla. Good job guys!!!!!

The location was centrally located to the market and other highlight locations. The atmosphere is a bit of a mixed experience as we were not given a whole lot of information and reading the supposed amenities is questionable. The room was spacious; however, I have wonders in how well it is cleaned between stays as there were little kid shoes on our balcony and the free lotion had obviously been used prior to us as it was crusted around the bottom of the cap. You hear EVERYONE entering and exiting the building even though they are doing so 20 stairs down. I saw amenities being mentioned of a managers reception each day - that was not shared or observed. It says wheelchair accessible; however, having to go up 20-ish steps to get to our room and no elevator to take you there is not accessible. We asked several times to get the air conditioning to lower the temp in the room to no avail. This made the nights a toss and turn if being overheated. The “couples” spa treatment was not available as they are not staffed for it; however, the massages were great! When they “cleaned” our room, they made the bed and gave us fresh towels but didn’t empty our garbage. AND the first night required several visits to the front desk between air conditioning and the TV not working (appears prior guests had disconnected the internet connection - which resulted in desk manager spending several minutes in our room trying to problem-solve). This is a very lovely hotel. The spa is relaxing and the included breakfast is delicious! Lunch and dinner are also served. Our rooms were clean and comfy. Two of three rooms had issues with the AC. The staff was able to move one of the rooms to a room with a functioning AC on the second night of the stay. The other party remained in the original room with a fan that we requested. They were booked. This AC issue happened over the weekend; there was no one available to repair the AC. There were a lot of restaurants close by and many shops to purchase souvenirs. Be sure to inform the hotel that you require a lift if stairs are difficult for you. Nice place to stay in Palermo!

Jetted Tub not working. Promised credit never came

Booked the deluxe suite with jetted tub, which we were looking forward to. Requested the inoperable or broken tub be fixed two times. Vincenzo at the front desk offered a 15% credit payable on PayPal. Did not receive the credit despite several follow on request. Hope Hotels.com can make it right!
