We had a great time and Massimo is a very good host. The apartment is very well placed and has all you need and is very well looked after.Capo Market was really fun and it was lovey to be so close to the opera. We walked everywhere and nothing was too far. We hope to return.

The apartment was everything as advertised. Beautiful views, clean and in the best location. Easy walks to all the major attractions. Massimo was fantastic! We loved it. Great central location in the old town, a very easy walk to all the sights, cafes and restaurants. Well equipped and very comfortable appartment, with a lovely view of the cathedral and mountains from the balcony. We took up Massimo's offer of a lift to and from the airport.

Massimo was a FANTASTIC host! He provided us with a transfer from the airport to the apartment with great detail on how to find him once we landed. He was so gracious to give us a tour of the apartment and to go over highlights and best restaurants on a highlighted map when we arrived. The apartment was very comfortable in a great centrally located area. Great bed! The view of the duomo was beautiful! Wish we would have stayed at least one more day, so we will be back to explore more again.

Our stay at the flat was outstanding!! We had everything we needed and the location is fabulous!!! The festival was going on for our first three days and at times very loud it was so exciting! Being right at the Capo Market was exactly what I wanted! Fresh fish, meat, vegetables, pastries, pasta and so much more!!

We wanted part of our trip to Sicily to be in the heart of it all and this property was perfect. The host (Massimiliano) and his brother (Giuseppe) were great at communicating with us, giving us great ideas of places to go and helpful in general. Giuseppe went above and beyond with helping us carry our bags. During our stay we asked for one thing and it was at our door when we returned. We only had to reach out to our hosts once and that's it (which is a good thing). The property was clean and had everything we needed and was in a wonderful location. It was in the heart of the market and within a 15 to 20 minute walk from theaters, the waterfront, different shopping districts and older neighborhoods. We were walking from 6 to 11 miles per day and this was a great central location to start. The parking garage where we stored our car rental was easy and very close to the property. It was well worth the 14 euro we paid per day. It was never full and saved us time and with no parking tickets. Parking is not easy in Palermo. Driving either.

We didn’t end up staying at this apartment because it required going up four flights of stairs and I had just broken my ankle. However, we had a good look at the apartment and it was very artful, attractive, and spotless. It had a beautiful view of the cathedral. Massimo was a great communicator and Giuseppe made the check-in process easy. We’d happily come back here to stay another time.

Massimiliano was a great host. He took the time to assist our check-in and recommend his favorite spots in Palermo. The apartment was cozy, with a balcony for fresh air and an outfitted kitchen for making meals. The location was great for sightseeing or accessing the train station. Highly recommend

The apartment is right in the centre of Palermo in Capo Market - a vibrant area full of food stalls and restaurants. You can walk to the major points of interest in the city. It was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The host, Maxamilliano is super helpful. He gave us lots of tips and advice about where to eat. He communicated with us about our arrival and departure. He was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again

The host was very lovely. He helped my husband carry our luggage up the stairs to the apartment. The climb up the stairs is well worth it when you see the beautiful view from the little balcony. The host had prepared ice tea for us and gave us a well marked map of the city with several restaurant recommendations. The apartment was well appointed, neat and clean. The location was excellent-central to all the sites.

A 10/10 bnb experience. The room looks just like the profile pics, spotless, and cozy, with everything you may need provided. The balcony offers a stunning view over the cathedral. Though right next to the Capo market, the room is soundproof which guarantees nice rest both in the daytime and at night. Massimo is a great host, communicative, and responsive. Lots of local tips have been shared. Would love to come back. Highly recommend!

Just right!

We stayed there for just one night before traveling the next day, but we would rent the apartment again for a longer stay. Well-furnished, spotlessly clean, in a great neighborhood (the apartment looks over a pretty square), and managed by a very helpful manager, Massimo.

Perfect location for our honeymoon!

Massimo’s flat was absolutely perfect. It was a great location, awesome space, and had an incredible view. Massimo was extremely helpful, he picked us up from the airport, carried my bag up 3 flights of stairs and even walked us through a map of all his favorite locations and restaurants in Palermo. Massimo is an amazing host and his apartment is an excellent place to stay for an authentic experience when visiting Palermo. I had a perfect stay in Massimo's apartment. His friendliness and willingness to chat and provide local information was so nice and greatly appreciated. He also has a map with the local sights and his recommended food spots highlighted. Located just off the bustling Capo Market, It was modern, artfully decorated, well equipped, and exceptionally clean. The balcony and view is fantastic, and it is just off the market street, so despite being so close to the market, you don't hear the market noise. If I am able to return to Palermo, I greatly look forward to staying here again. Grazie Massimo!!

This was our first stop and we were not disappointed at ALL! Wow, such an amazing place to stay. So much culture from every angle. Our host met us at the parking garage and took my luggage to the 3rd floor, thank you again, I know it wasn't light : ). He was informative about the area and had everything ready for us. The view was outstanding and we enjoyed ourselves so much. We walked everywhere in our short time so you have vendors, shops, food galore. The people were friendly and welcoming. We can't wait to go back and spend more time in Sicily.

Beautiful apartment with a splendid view

We had such a great time at Massimo's lovely apartment. Everything worked out wonderfully: The view is exactly as pictured, we couldn't take our eyes off the scenic outlook every morning at breakfast. Massimo is a very friendly, welcoming host, who made us feel at home quickly. He picked us up at the Capo Market, told us a little bit about it's history and was a helpful guide for our little time in Palermo (next time we'll stay longer!). The apartment is equipped with multiple travel guides, so there is really no need to buy one beforehand, and if need be, Massimo was kind enough to answer all of our questions and even took into consideration my friends' dietary restrictions (he is vegan)- not so easy in Sicily! I would be very happy to return soon. Grazie mille, Massimo!

Perfect location!

As seen from the pic, the cathedral is a short walk away and a short walk down to pedestrian friendly walking street with lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment is on the 4th floor, but very nice and extremely clean. No elevator, just a warning!
