A group of 9 people who are paying 20 Euros per Person in a quasi 4 Star Boutique Hotel complaining that they did not have enough room in 3 King Size Beds and one Sofa Beds are difficult to deal with. Guiseppe wanted all the comfort of a beautiful City Apartment but not willing to pay, even worse he wanted to push down his rate even further by complaining about a bad odor in an otherwise super clean toilet. First he tried to get a 100 Euro discount then he bargained for 50 Euros like on a Bazaar. My Lady Manager got even scared of the behavior of two big men in the group. In the future we will not accept this kind of disrespectful behavior and will ask people to leave. We are running our Due Cani Apartment already very successfully for three years on other platforms and received very high customer satisfaction with excellent ratings. We are trying to create a pleasant atmosphere in our beautiful Designer Apartment that brings joy to our guests but also a rather stress free experience to us as hosts. Thank you for your cooperation!
