Estimados, lamentamos mucho y nos sorprende leer una sentencia tan severa. Nos sorprende que no haya leído la descripción de nuestra propiedad antes de reservar. Donde se especifica que estamos en el casco antiguo en el centro histórico, en un antiguo palacio nobiliario de 1700 protegido por un registro especial por lo que estamos a la espera de las autorizaciones para restaurar la antigua puerta de entrada como el palacio. Sin embargo, a su llegada le ayudamos con su equipaje, aunque no hay ascensor. Le recordamos que estamos solo en el primer piso noble de un edificio de la década de 1700, no somos un hotel moderno en un edificio de reciente construcción, quizás no adecuado para sus necesidades, pero sin duda una habitación familiar de este tamaño 26m² con 6m de altura techos y frescos originales, no los encontrará en un hotel moderno con las características más cercanas a sus expectativas. Nos sorprende mucho que escribas que el baño de la habitación era muy pequeño porque en realidad es un baño de 3m x 2m de más de 5m2. Además solo te quedaste 1 noche pagando unos 43 por persona y no nos parece muy caro como escribes. Sin embargo, le agradecemos su visita. oficina de reservas

Guest, we do not find kind or acceptable your poor evaluation of our Hotel and the services offered, also considering the conditions in which the room was left every day, with little attention to hygiene and your education, so we find an evaluation really denigrable so poor for a personal and unfounded assumption about the rooms occupied or not in our hotel that for sure it is not known regardless of the basic rules of good manners and having to respect the hotel rules on checkout times. You should be aware of the fact that we are on the first floor of 22 steps of a historic building from 1770 from the moment of booking where all the necessary information is sent to you. To be fair, we must also remind you that you have been offered all the necessary assistance before, during and after your stay. We can certainly say that you have not been a welcome guest, and we hope in the future not to have to welcome you again.
