Gentile Ospite,Innanzitutto la ringraziamo per la sua recensione e per aver apprezzato la nostra pulizia ed il nostro personale.I nostri materassi sono fabbricati da una nota azienda italiana, sono materassi in soft Memory Foam, per questo motivo si "affonda".Abbiamo scelto di mettere il sistema sanitrit nelle nostre camere per un fattore sopratutto ambientale, in modo da evitare che i rifiuti finiscano in mare, e le assicuro che grazie a questo sistema abbiamo evitato che molta plastica finisse per inquinare i nostri mari.La ringraziamo ancora per aver speso del suo tempo per recensire la nostra struttura, Saluti

Dear Guest,Thank you for reviewing our property.We are sorry to hear that you had any problems during your stay.Our reception, as described on all portals and also on our website, is not open 24 hours a day and therefore every single arrival must be scheduled in order to welcome us in the best way.Our structure is located in the center, we are on the main square of Palermo, if you were looking for the nightlife is only 600 meters away from us, so 10 minutes walk, we are just 2 steps from the main shopping street where there are the big brands.For toilet paper inside the toilet it is only an ecological issue, we care about the environment and try to do our best.We hope to have you back soon as our guest to continue visiting our beautiful city.
