Three couples, age 75, definitely enjoyed our stay at this apartment. When I booked it I thought it might be a little out of the way, but it proved to be within walking distance of the center of town. There is so much room at the apartment and the main living/dining area had adequate seating for our group. The owner must have traveled a lot as the décor was very interesting. Davide was most helpful in his communications, directions, restaurant suggestions and went out of his way to purchase a modem for wifi connection when strong winds had disrupted service. I have never seen so many people in a grocery store at 5pm on a Saturday night. It was 2 short blocks down the street and had everything you could imagine needing. Great gelato shop across the street for desert after dinner. After a food tour one day and a late lunch another, we decided to eat in 2 nights because we enjoyed the space so much. Kitchen seemed to be well supplied, but we didn't cook, just had cheese, meat and bread, so can't be sure. All the appliances worked and the balcony clothes line had our laundry dry in no time. The upstairs terrace was used on the last night, when the weather warmed and it was fun to watch the traffic below. The only discrepancy in the listing is there are 3 1/2 bathrooms, not 4.
Our group would highly recommend this apartment.
