Great location! Shops, sites, activities, transportation, groceries all near the apartment. 3 generations (ages 4- 73) all had plenty of space in and out of the apartment. David was wonderful and took care of every request.

This is a fabulous apartment, beautifully decorated with lots of interesting furniture and ornaments. The location is good - we were able to walk everywhere in the city, and David, our host, was very welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Amazing customer service. Our flight from Naples to Palermo was delayed by a day and then our luggage was lost for another 24 hours. Our host was very understanding and was willing to help in anyway needed. Our host hooked us up with a private driving service that was so helpful running us back and forth to the airport to get our luggage. Property was beautiful. Looks just like the pictures on the site. We were greeted with snacks, drinks and even an amazing 7 layer chocolate cake. I would stay here again anytime. Only negative is that there are several stairs to climb to get to it so if you are unable to climb stairs this would not be the place for you but otherwise I would highly recommend this location.

Wonderful Palermo apartment

The apartment was large, beautifully decorated, and included an incredible rooftop patio. The location allowed us to walk to everything we wanted to visit in Palermo.David and Guilia are wonderful hosts. We were a group of 6 women and the apartment was large enough to accommodate us. The welcome gift of pastries, cake and wine was a lovely gesture. David recommended a driver and Guido met us at the airport and took us on various day trips during our stay. There was a convenience store and pharmacy below the apartment and a supermarket very close by. Restaurants, bars and historic sites all within walking distance. We would highly recommend this apartment rental. Thank you David andGuilia for making our trip to Sicily a memorable experience.

Hidden Gem

Apartment Giulia is a special place in Palermo. Ideally located, beautifully curated, comfortable and spacious. David communicated ahead of our visit then met us there and provided all the info we needed to be independent. Everything was perfec despite the 45 steps to the front door. We look forward to another stay in the future!

Good location

Davidi was very helpful, and communicated well with us. The apartment is closed to a lot nice neighborhood restaurants, and markets. Most of the attractions are in walkable distance.

Amazing apartment perfectly located

We thought this apartment listing was going to be too good to be true. A beautiful, spacious, perfectly located apartment with a double room for each of the 5 of us? We couldn’t have asked for more, it was a dream apartment! All the rooms were huge and comfy. It was just what we needed. David was a wonderful host, super helpful with tips on the area and places to eat. We were welcomed with local pastries and some delicious wine. This apartment had everything we needed and more. Between the 5 of us we have done a lot of travelling and this is probably the best accommodation we’ve been able to find on a city break. We would happily go back here time and time again!

A Fabulous and Spacious Apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and comfortable home. It is in a great location and we were able to easily take daily walks to street markets, Palermo's historical center, cathedral, and opera house. We very much enjoyed the balconies and roof terrace, which were very relaxing and provided rooftop views of the city. Davide is an outstanding property manager. He suggested several restaurants, local stores for food shopping, and must-see places to tour. He followed up during our stay to make certain we were pleased with everything. It was a great VRBO experience and I think anyone would be fortunate to stay in this home.

Great Apartment

Apartment is beautiful, decorated with pieces of art from around the globe, spacious and accomodating. Only issue was the electric went out twice; not the owners fault. Davide was a fantastic host. Highly recommended.

Incredibly amazing

David was an amazing host! He welcomed us as if we were family. The house was extremely clean the kitchen was completely stocked with anything and everything thing you vould think of needing. David made sure all the events we wanted to do were in place. The apartment was located in the middle of everything all the places were walking distance. Wonderful Apartment

Beautiful impeccably appointed apartment within walking distance of the entire old city. We were five each with own bedroom, queen bed, luxurious linens, and 3 bathrooms. Instant response from David to all queries and excellent recommendations. Definitely the best short term rental we’ve ever had.

Wonderful, roomy apartment

From the friendly and informative check in with David and during our entire stay, this apartment is a wonderful home away from home! The 5 bedrooms and 4 baths are roomy, clean and comfortable with full kitchen and plenty of sitting areas for the 8 people in our party. There are also 3 terraces to enjoy the days and nights. It is within walking distance of the Capo Market, Theatre Massimo and downtown restaurants, supermarkets and gelato shops and really quiet at night for sleeping. All in all a great place!!

Familie: Eltern mit Töchtern/Schwiegersohn und Enkelkinder (klein). Wohnung mit genügend Platz für alle. Schön und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Empfang sehr freundlich mit Kuchen, Biscuit und Wein, alles sehr unkompliziert. Möglichkeit die Putzfrau zu beschäftigen. Insgesamt perfekt.

Perfect place, perfect place

Beautiful apartment in the center of Palermo - we had 4 couples and ample room for everyone. The place was spotless and had a great kitchen and plenty of casual space. Not only was it a great value but we couldn't have asked for anything more. David was great and the communications were prompt and complete. Most highly recommended.

Spacious, Eclectic Apartment

Three couples, age 75, definitely enjoyed our stay at this apartment. When I booked it I thought it might be a little out of the way, but it proved to be within walking distance of the center of town. There is so much room at the apartment and the main living/dining area had adequate seating for our group. The owner must have traveled a lot as the décor was very interesting. Davide was most helpful in his communications, directions, restaurant suggestions and went out of his way to purchase a modem for wifi connection when strong winds had disrupted service. I have never seen so many people in a grocery store at 5pm on a Saturday night. It was 2 short blocks down the street and had everything you could imagine needing. Great gelato shop across the street for desert after dinner. After a food tour one day and a late lunch another, we decided to eat in 2 nights because we enjoyed the space so much. Kitchen seemed to be well supplied, but we didn't cook, just had cheese, meat and bread, so can't be sure. All the appliances worked and the balcony clothes line had our laundry dry in no time. The upstairs terrace was used on the last night, when the weather warmed and it was fun to watch the traffic below. The only discrepancy in the listing is there are 3 1/2 bathrooms, not 4. Our group would highly recommend this apartment.
