Giorgi es un host magnífico. El lugar es maravilloso e impecable. Fuimos en vehículo y pudimos aparcar en la calle porque era domingo. Hay que subir 2 pisos de escalera La atención es personalizada y es un gran plus

staff e posizione ottimi
il viaggio è andato bene. l'appartamento che avevo preso (suite) si trova in un bel palazzo. la staff è davvero superbo e questo ha fatto la differenza. la disponibilità di Francesco ha dato qualità al nostro soggiorno. tuttavia in 4 abbiamo speso 860€ per tre notti e visto che ci sono due bambini credo sia troppo. da internet sembra molto lusso e la facciata che si vede da internet non è quella del posto, per essere precisi.

Amazing property in Palermo beside the marina
This is an amazing original property in central Palermo located near the marina, great location. I thought breakfast would have been included given the price we paid for one night, but apparently not. Other than that, this is a high quality property, much better than the 3 stars advertised I would suggest, coming from someone who travels regularly.

古い建物をリノベーションした旧市街のホテルです。部屋はクラシックで雰囲気があり、水周りも広々していますが、フロントが3階にあり、24時間オープンしていないため、チェックイン後に建物入り口、3階、部屋と、鍵を3つ渡されました。プレトーリア広場地区は海が近くクアットロ・カンティから10分程歩くため、散歩に気持ちの良い落ち着いた環境でした。夜の治安も良く、庶民的なビッチリア市場には飲食店も多数。エレベーターがない以外は大満足のホテルでした。

Great location, great B&B
We spent the last few nights of a two week trip around Sicily at the Abatellis Luxury B&B, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Davide was extremely helpful when we arrived, helping with our luggage (it's a 2nd floor walk-up) and helping me park our rental car nearby. The room, in a few hundred year old building, was beautifully renovated and extremely comfortable. The location is excellent, a block from the waterfront, and a few blocks walk from great restaurants, museums, parks, shopping, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place, great location
Friendly staff, clean, nice rooms, great location near harbor and walking distance to downtown sights. A bit hard to find with only a very small sign on the main door. The staff was very accommodating for special requests, and had reasonably priced valet parking.

パレルモの中ではそこそこお高いホテルです。入り口はとにかく判りにくいので注意が必要です。GoogleMapで場所を調べても入り口が全く判らないんです。自分は先方にお迎えにきて頂きました。建物は遥か昔からの重厚な作り。階段で3階程上がった所にあります。スタッフの方々はとても優しくサービスは良いです。近隣環境も良く、少し歩けば海とトラットリアがあって深夜でもご飯を食べれます。治安の悪さも感じませんでした。 ただ、唯一解らなかったのは、Apartment(60平米) を予約したのに、Luxury に泊められた事です。(しかも追加料金を払いました)。今見ると、Apartment というメニューが失くなっています。ホームページからも情報が消されていました。この点だけが不可解でしたが、とてもオススメできるホテルでした。

Das B&B ist sehr schön, sehr zentral und man gibt sich sehr grosse Mühe es den Gästen recht zu machen. Der Service ist einwandfrei und sehr sehr freundlich. Es gibt an dem Hotel nichts auszusetzen, ausser dass die Zimmer etwas laut sind wegen dem Strassenlärm. Aber das ist im Palermo ganz normal. Abatellis ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Lovely B&B set on second floor of old building in
Elegant vestibule where guests were welcomed. Modern rooms. Everything clean & sparkling. Very personal but unintrusive service. Offer shuttle to and from the airport - great option when travelling on a Sunday. Came & went as we pleased - property was very secure. Wonderful cakes, freshly-baked on the premises, would often be waiting for us after a day out. Balcony good for absorbing community life - neighbours hanging out washing and chatting to each other across the street. Close to waterfront and 10 mins into town on foot. Late April - Palermo not half as mad as its reputation. We felt safe. Fascinating city - days out to Monreale and Cefalu recommended.

Cannot thank David & Giuseppe enough!
As a first-time visitor to Palermo, Sicily, Italy in general, I feel we really lucked out finding this place. The place was beautiful - restored, 300-year-old building with updated facilities retained every bit of charm but added its own personality. It was comfortable and accommodating - wifi, twin sinks, king bed, full-length mirrors, balcony, towel warmer (!!!), off-street parking, etc.. We had a little trouble finding the place, but that was probably because I drove and GPS was not terribly helpful with all those tiny side streets. David, however, was a lifesaver! I called him in a panic and he directed us in, waited outside for us, then carried our bags - easily 80 lbs. - up 3 flights of stairs to our rooms and treated us to some incredible fresh-squeezed juice. He was super helpful, gave suggestions, marked our maps for us, and was just attentive enough without being overbearing. My only regret - we should have had breakfast every day!!! We only had it our last day, and it was FANTASTIC. Coffee, bread, yogurt, cheese, sliced meats, eggs, oranges, pastries - much coming from the 'biologic' coop near his home outside of town. The location was ideal, too. Anything you could want to find was within a 15-minute walk.

Great little gem
This was a nice little place to stay. Close to many of the things you would want to do in the city. Did not have a chance to enjoy the breakfast, but the host was gracious and accommodating.

Lcation is perfect
Had booked two twins but ended up with a double and a twin, even though two twins were confirmed when I booked on the Wotif website.. Also the reception and rooms are up on the second floor. Zero signage in the street, just a small logo next to the buzzer, VERY :difficult to find. The positives were, peaceful, everything worked, clean, excellent breakfasts plus host tried hard (but limited English ) plus great location to walk everywhere from. I guess the bottom line is would I stay here again. Answer is Yes. MY OFF SITE PARKED CAR RETURNED WITH A SCRATCH DOWN THE SIDE, NOTICED 2 HOURS AFTER WE LEFT PALERMO PLUS THEY CHARGED €36 FOR ITS 2 NIGHT STAY.
Dear guest, we are very disappointed that has not reported immediately to us the scratch on the car, it will be our care to provide right away, because we enjoy an insurance policy for the means left in the valet parking which we do not manage directly. However, we are happy to know you enjoyed the amenities of our hotel, the care in the cleanliness and the great attention paid to breakfast, made only the genuine products and homemade food. The satisfaction of our guests is our top priority.

Great staff...but hotel needs maintenance
Didn't realize it was a two story walk up with no elevator--two stories in these old buildings means 3 sets of stairs to the next floor. Thank God, Alessandro helped with the luggage. Unfortunately, the TV and Wifi didn't work, and the refrigerator was broken as well. This put a damper on the stay. Ana, the cook, at breakfast was wonderful. Just like nonna's.

Dear guest, a district dating back to the Arab domination, the Kalsa, is the setting for our B & B, a palace of the 700 whose rooms and apartments recount the places most culturally interesting nearest Palermo: Gancia, the Kalsa, the Butera, the Abatellis suites, the loft Umberto, the Bad loft. In such a context we would not never given us permission for a lift and the rest we were never even touched the idea, if only because every single step reminds us that luck will be able to enjoy this day of such spaces. Our staff still never fails to help our guests with luggage as you yourself have noticed. I am sorry for the TV and ill fridge not working, if only he had reported during the stay we proceeded immediatamemte to move it to another room. It makes me happy that he could taste and appreciate the homemade cakes of our sweet pastry Anna. come back soon and visit us

Dette er ikke som andre hoteller. Du finner ikke noe skilt på utsiden som sier at bygningen er et hotell. Du må ringe på en dør klokke, så kommer de ned og hjelper deg med bagasjen. Vi hadde flaks som fikk parkering. Vi hadde bestilt en suite og rommet var rett ved siden av "resepsjonen". Rommet var stilig innredet, med det var lytt mot resepsjonen og de andre rommene. Vi hørte at som ble sagt i resepsjonen. Frokosten ble servert i en lite rom hvor mye av det vi ble servert var hjemmelaget. Madrassene i sengene er av typen Tempur og jeg liker ikke slike madrasser. Flere av oss hadde vondt i ryggen da vi våknet. Hotellet har litt Fawlty towers preg. Vi ble slurt hele tiden om alt var ok. Uansett så var det verdt opplevelsen. Hotellet har fått høy score på Trip adviser, men jeg mener at scoren er litt for høy.

Good value b&b in the heart of Palermo
Lovely little b&b in a nice apartment. It's a few floors up with no lift but they took our luggage up. The room was spacious, great private bathroom, and easy walking distance to the main area for walking, bars and restaurants.

Our property is located in an ancient palace of the 700, so it did not find a lift, however as has been noted, our staff never allows guests to bring suitcases up in the room, are themselves to work. Our great location because it allows easy access to major places of cultural interest as well as many of the local nightlife Palermo where you can also taste typical dishes of our land. Hard to beat
Finding Abatellis was an adventure for us. It is located on a side street near the waterfront. When finding 3 Alloro, there is nothing to identify the multi story building except for the number, 2 brown metal doors, and a call box for residents. But when you "ring" for Abatellis, the experience changes radically. Once you identify yourself, you will be told someone will meet you shortly. Before you can count to 10, a smiling member of the staff will greet you as a revered family member. And so it shall remain during your stay. Alessandro met us, grabbed our two suitcases, ushered us into a small courtyard, and then proceeded to bound up a staircase to the third floor. Upon entering the space occupied by Abatellis, we were introduced to fellow staffers, David and Daniela who also thought we were family. We had arrived too early for our room, but they stowed our bags, and proceeded to share scenic highlights of old town Palermo -- all within walking distance. Off we went, and upon returning hours later, we were shown our rooms. We had a suite with large, clean rooms, a strong wifi signal, and spacious, modern bathroom. Suffice to say, this understates it quite a bit due to all the amenities we found in our quarters. Add in a warm, enthusiastic and attentive staff (not to mention breakfast prepared by Daniela), and we would most happily return in the future.

Can't praise enough - excellent in every detail
straight from our arrival, with Alessandro coming take our bags, to the wave goodbye at the door when we left, this stay was superb in every details. Great decor, spacious rooms, superb service and a breakfast not to be missed. It is hard to praise Abatellis Luxury enough. Location is good, as great parking nearby and all within walking distance. Simply superb.

Lovely B&B
We stayed just one night and arrived late but we were delighted by the welcoming staff. The historic building is fabulous and the breakfast was very good (especially the coffee). Also enjoyed our room, with comfortable beds and a very nice bathroom.
