This 40 m² one-bedroom apartment with a 40 m² south-facing terrace is on the ground floor of Résidence l'Albatros, the only residence directly on Palavas beach, and welcomes up to 4 guests.



Rated 3 stars, ideal for families, it offers breathtaking sea views and direct beach access through the terrace gate. The beach is quiet and family-friendly, just a 15-minute walk from the town center.



Between sea and lagoon, Palavas with its Blue Flag is a perfect setting for all ages.



Living room with sofa and flat-screen TV, open-plan fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster), bedroom with double bed (140x190) and 2 bunk beds (90x190), bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity, mirror and hairdryer.



Large terrace with garden furniture, electric shutters and awning, mosquito screens. Private parking included. Ceiling fans (2025).



No Wi-Fi. No direct light in the bedroom.



Bed linen, towels and household linen are not provided. The property must be left clean, with bins, cupboards and fridge emptied on departure.



A security deposit is required before arrival: keys are handed over only after registration.



Arrivals and departures must follow the confirmed times; any delay will incur a fee available for an extra charge. Arrival after 7pm or departure before 8am: extra charge available on prior request. Night-time arrivals and departures are not accepted.



No smoking, no parties, no pets.
