Our accommodations are located across from a beach monitored by a lifeguard station.
Close to a bakery, a tobacco and newsstand, a grocery store, a restaurant...



It features a garden/courtyard with a covered area, where you can enjoy an aperitif or a meal at our shaded bar and relax in the sunken wooden pool with a jacuzzi section. Wood-fired grill + fridge and sink.

Access to the accommodations are via a wooden staircase leading to a wooden deck.

First floor:

- A large living area consisting of: A living area with a large, new corner sofa, flat-screen TV (Netflix),
A dining area with a round table

- A master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom

- A half-bath with a sink

- A beautiful, brand-new, fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the dining area. The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, an induction cooktop, a convection oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker, and a SodaStream... We provide plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and appliances (Senseo, blender, kettle...).


- A large bathroom with a toilet and washing machine

Two other bedrooms are located on the first floor; access is via a fairly steep wooden staircase:

- The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large walk-in closet:
- The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms open onto an enclosed veranda.

A guidebook with local tips is available in the house (restaurants, walks, maps, etc.)

We provide sleeping arrangements for 7 people (including 1 children’s mattress upon request)

The entire property is air-conditioned (bedrooms, living room).

One private parking space + the option to park an additional vehicle in the driveway if space is available.


Important: Our cats are used to living outdoors and remain on the property. They may come into the house and could end up in the garden. Animal lovers preferred. A trusted person will come to feed them outside the yard.

Someone will come to the yard 5–6 times a week for maintenance (plants, pond).

Fees:
Sheets and towels (bath/beach) available upon request (15 euros per person for the duration of the stay, payable upon arrival)
Cleaning fee: 100 euros, payable upon arrival
