Camping Village Capo d’Orso is located on one of Sardinia’s most beautiful stretches of coastline, between Palau and Cannigione di Arzachena. There are two smaller sandy beaches and two long sandy beaches that border the resort directly. There are both free sections of beach and the option to rent lounge chairs and umbrellas (for a fee). The spacious pool area features three pools: a semi-Olympic pool, a shallow pool (40 cm deep) that’s ideal for children, while adults looking to relax can enjoy the hydromassage jets in the upper pool. The pools are surrounded by a well-maintained garden full of flowers. Deck chairs can be rented for a fee. Other amenities at the resort include: a restaurant/pizzeria, beach bar, kiosk, supermarket, bazaar, playground, mini-club, entertainment program, surf school, organized excursions, and communal washers and dryers.
The Baia Relax New Plus mobile home accommodates up to 5 people. It features one bedroom with a double bed and another room with two single beds and a bunk bed for a child (under 12 years old). The living room features a cozy dining area with satellite TV. The kitchen is integrated into the living area and includes a stove, pots, dishes, silverware, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. The covered patio with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing, while the children can play on the playground. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the check-in and check-out dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may, of course, check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
POOL
The resort features a semi-Olympic-sized swimming pool, a shallow pool for younger guests, and a third pool with hydromassage jets.
BEACH
The beautiful sandy beaches scattered around the resort are all available to guests. Whether you’re looking for large sandbars, small coves, or smaller sandy beaches, there’s something for everyone. The sandy beaches all slope gently into the water, making them ideal for small children who enjoy playing in shallow water. There are both public and private beach sections where you can rent umbrellas and lounge chairs. For sports enthusiasts, there are opportunities for sailing, windsurfing, or scuba diving.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The resort features a lovely children’s pool and a playground. The entertainment program and a mini-club also provide plenty of fun. Cribs and high chairs can be provided upon request (for a fee).
LEISURE AND SPORTS
For sports enthusiasts, in addition to the swimming pool, there is a bike rental service and a table tennis table. On the beach, you can take part in numerous water sports courses such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, wakeboarding, water skiing, scuba diving, snorkeling, SUP, or boat excursions.

The resort has a supermarket and a bazaar.
MEALS
The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, dishes, silverware, pots, and pans. Shopping options are also nearby. The resort features a restaurant/pizzeria, a snack bar, and a beach kiosk. You can take advantage of a convenient takeout service or book breakfast, half-board, or full-board on-site.
PETS
Two medium-sized pets are allowed per unit and must be registered at the time of booking. Note: A final cleaning fee per vacation unit is mandatory if dogs are brought along. There is a designated dog area on the campground’s beach. From 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., you’re allowed to walk your dogs on the beach, go swimming, and enjoy the sunset or sunrise together! The nearest dog-friendly beach, where dogs are also allowed to swim in the sea, is Spiaggia Punta Nera in Palau, just 5 km from the campground. To ensure your four-legged friends feel right at home during your vacation, the resort offers a dog shower in the main building of the restroom facilities.

Camping Village Capo d’Orso is located on one of Sardinia’s most beautiful stretches of coastline, between Palau and Cannigione di Arzachena. The Roccia dell’Orso (Bear Rock), a naturally formed granite boulder from which the Capo d’Orso resort takes its name, offers a breathtaking panorama. The resort is situated directly on the coast facing the La Maddalena Archipelago with its picturesque islands.

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Olbia is considered the fourth-largest city in Sardinia and is one of the most important hubs in the island’s economic network. The region is a hotspot for jet-setters, thanks in part to its marina. The famous streets Corso Umberto and Viale Aldo Moro, which invite you to stroll and wander, are located in the heart of the city and are impossible to miss. The “Aquadream” water park is sure to offer fun for the whole family with its many water slides and countless pools for all ages—and it’s just a few minutes’ drive from the city! Those who want to enjoy the region’s nightlife will find plenty of bars and nightclubs. Countless restaurants serving traditional Sardinian cuisine will enchant you with their seafood, aromatic meats, and delicious antipasti. Wine lovers won’t be disappointed either: many wineries offer wine testings and guided tours of the vineyards. You’re sure to find other Sardinian specialties—such as the paper-thin flatbread Pane Carasau, local cheese varieties, salsicce, or the Mirto liqueur—in the specialty shops scattered throughout the region. Every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., a weekly market takes place on Via Antonio Sangallo in Olbia. There you’ll find groceries, herbs, handicrafts, and household goods. If you’d rather go during the week, the market is held on Tuesdays in Piazza Crispi. Looking for a shopping center? No problem! The Auchan is located at the north exit toward Costa Smeralda. There’s also a fashion outlet next to the highway heading north. San Teodoro, a former fishing village, is now one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Olbia region. If you enjoy hiking, we recommend exploring the natural surroundings of San Teodoro. The area’s flora and fauna have a lot to offer! With a little luck, you might spot flamingos, wildcats, or golden eagles here. Beautiful waterfalls and yew forests also attract many hikers. The Olbia-Tempio region offers countless hiking trails in all kinds of terrain. The beautiful La Maddalena National Park can be reached by a short boat ride and is definitely worth a visit. In the navy-blue waters, you’ll find starfish, crabs, coral, and even dolphins! Beautiful secluded coves invite you to unwind and enjoy yourself. You’ll find films, informational displays, and guided hikes at one of the two small museums on the island. From there, you can explore countless bike trails, such as those through the Capo Figari Nature Park. There, you’ll find everything from hidden coves to naval bases—enough to make any hiker’s or nature lover’s heart race. If you’re planning a trip to Sardinia in the spring, you won’t be able to swim in the sea yet, but you’ll find countless herbs, flowers, and shrubs. Sardinia is known for its many herbs and medicinal plants, such as rosemary, thyme, sage, and lavender.
