Simple and cosy villa located in a privileged area just 1 km from the beautiful and peaceful Aigua Xelida cove in Tamariu, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava!

Outdoor area with private swimming pool (7.5 x 3.6m), garden and garage (5x3m).

Cosy and spacious living-dining room with direct access to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking: cutlery, pans, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.

It consists of 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed (135x190cm) and terrace with views of the pool and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each one of 90x200cm, 2 bathrooms one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.



No pets allowed.



No bookings are accepted for young people under 35 years old.



- Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and

8 euros/person/towels.



- WiFi not included. Cost of 7 euros per day to be paid at destination



- Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair

The check-in and check-out will be carried out in our Llafranc office located at C/xaloc 5. Llafranc



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
