"We've stayed three times in this neighborhood and this has been our favorite property so far. Kevin and Fran have made lots of updates. It's great having the boat dock at the house and a public ramp right down the street. While the fish didn't cooperate this time, we still had a blast celebrating Easter and hanging out with friends."

"My family is from Palacios and we have stayed at several homes there and this is by far the best home we have stayed in. My mother passed away on Monday morning and we decided to still go to Palacios and celebrate her. I will definitely be staying here again. The property was fully furnished. Plenty of towels, kitchen essentials and games for the kids. Not to mention the cable was a plus."
