"We had a wonderful stay at this special spot in Golden Bay. The views of the estuary and bay were absolutely stunning, with ever-changing light and beauty throughout the day. The location is perfect—close to Collingwood and Farewell Spit, yet peaceful and secluded. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was one of the best we've experienced.A highlight was listening to Ruru calling at night and watching a lightning storm move across the bay after dark—an unforgettable experience....

"The house was very clean and tidy with plenty of space inside and outside for a family. It is close to beaches and to Takaka. Although it doesn’t have wifi or TV, there is a screen you can hook a device into and a PS3 with games. The only down side is that the road is a bit noisy at times, but it’s not very busy "

"Book now because word is getting out. We were blown away by the location, the glamping set up, decor, facilities and thoughtful touches provided. Jana was wonderful with communication, nothing was a problem. It is a very private location, with lovely bird song to listen to while relaxing in the outdoor baths. As for Tata Beach, its beautiful and so much fun arriving there on the electric buggy provided. You will not regret booking this place. Thanks Jana and Drew."

The views from the master just so relaxing and blissful to listen to the waves at night, and watch the sun rise. "Julia’s property at Ligar Bay is fantastic. While we didn’t have the best weather over our 3 day stay the place was a great haven for us to cook at home and have some wine with the wood burning fire or watching a movie. We were able dip in the sea at the bottom of the road and it’s just a quick drive to great walks like Wainui Falls! We also drove an hour to the other side of Abel Tasman to boat in Kaiteriteri - beautiful spot! Overall a great stay at Golden Bay! "
