"Cute and cozy place perfect for two people. It was close to Santa Cruz and met all of our expectations. It’s quietly located up a hill to where you can see the ocean from the kitchen window. "Took my wife here for her birthday. We had a fabulous stay for 3 nights. The location was very peaceful and quiet. This unit was very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. The bed was very cozy and warm and the bathroom very clean as well. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a quiet 2 person stay. We will be looking to return again we loved it so much. "

"10 out of 10! Highly recommend staying at this fantastic apartment. Incredible location steps from the wharf,pier, and Downtown Capitola. The views can't be beat. "The place was more spacious than expected from the ad. There is a separate kitchen, which had everything we needed, and a generous supply of food items. The location was perfectly situated with just a short drive to beaches and the gorgeous Nisene Marks Forest. Shopping and ample restaurants are nearby. The family lives upstairs and there was hardly any noticeable noise. We had all the privacy we needed. Host was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend! "

"Beautiful rustic beach location ! Beach condo was great! 3 different levels with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom did have an odor near bathroom but hopefully can be addressed. Home well stocked with lots of nice extras. Clubhouse has tennis, pickleball, swimming and hot tub. Very private and quiet area! We would definitely stay here again. Another chair or 2 by windows looking at beach would be great! We moved chairs from bedrooms to allow all to sit and watch the beautiful beach! "

"WE didn't have any contact with the property manager (none required, so I can't comment on that) - the towels and house smelled very musty .. the washer had mold in it .. and suspect that is the reason for the musty smell. I expect some "dampness" from beach living .. but it was more than that. One item to note - the banister rungs for the stairs is not up to code - I could fit my head through and a small child could fit their whole body. We brought a baby gate for the top of the stairs....

"The perfect little cottage for our mom/daughter’s weekend! The location along the creek was so peaceful. We spent our mornings and evenings out on the lawn, chatting with all the dog walkers and petting the pooches. Close to the village with lots of restaurants and shops. If you go to Shadowbrook across the creek for dinner, you can call them for a free pickup in one of their old-fashioned taxis. This was my second time staying here, and I will definitely be back!"
