The on-site laundry facilities were also a huge plus for an extended trip. What really made this hotel stand out was the staff. "What I did not like -- 1. Hotel was not up to Holiday Inn Express standards. 2. Room smelled musty 3. Breakfast - ? 4. THIS ONE will cause me not to stay at this location again. When we arrived and checked in on a Friday night for only one night. A $150.00 hold was placed on my charge card. This was in addition of the nightly charge of $150.00. I WAS NOT TOLD OF THIS AMOUNT OR TRANSACTION...We would not have stayed. This charge did not credit back till the following Friday...A WEEK..I did...
