We had an outstanding stay at this property and would absolutely come back. The best part for our family was how incredibly quiet and peaceful the home is. It’s the kind of place where you can truly unwind — no noise, no chaos, just total relaxation. The location is also ideal. You’re a very short walk from beautiful beaches, which made it easy to head out for morning walks, swim time, or sunset views without having to plan your whole day around it. The convenience was a huge plus.The house itself was immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. From the kitchen supplies to the beach gear, it all made our stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable. It was clear the owners put real thought into making guests comfortable.Communication with the host was excellent — clear, timely, and genuinely helpful throughout our whole trip. We always felt taken care of, which made the entire experience seamless.If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-appointed home close to the beach with a fantastic host, this is it.Highly recommend.

Classic and Colorful
Everything about our stay was flawless.
The Property Manager is great at communicating with you and is very professional. Instructions prior to arrival was complete and clear. Provided numerous local activities, and wonderful dining recommendations.
Property was very clean, warm, quiet, and welcoming.
Beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked. It was exactly as disclosed in the listing.
We could not have been happier with our stay.

Perfect family rental!
Our family recently stayed at this fantastic property and were so incredibly pleased with not only the home and it's furnishings/decor, but the quick walk to the beach and proximity to Paia town. It's in a lovely neighborhood and backs to the golf course, which was so peaceful. There was ample space for all 6 of us and we used the pool, the bbq, the well appointed kitchen, even the swing! The host, Dean, is incredibly attentive and responsive and we couldn't have had a more seamless stay. We'll definitely be back! Mahalo!!

Amazing Stay
It was an absolutely amazing stay. The property is well suited to give multiple people their own privacy while still feeling connected. The property was only steps from the beach, house was in immaculate condition with everything needed to cook for an extended stay. We will be making a trip to Maui and the same exact property.

Wonderful!
Everything about this property was lovely; a secluded quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from Paia. Modern & updated with tasteful textiles and furnishings. Communication with Dean was perfect.Everyone had a comfortable bed and plenty of space. The pool was a plus and walk to the beach was 5 minutes. Its one of the nicest beaches on the island. Private, quiet, not crowded. We want to come back!

Perfection in Paia
We cannot say enough about this propery, or Dean as the host. This was our first time staying on the North Shore and the location was great. Close to everything and just a short walk to the most beautiful beach. Our teens loved having their own separate living quarters. Prior to our arrival Dean sent information on dining and excursions that were incredibly helpful, and he was very quick to answer any questions that came up during our stay. The home is beautiful and we had a wonderful stay. It has everything you could need and more.

Felt Like Home
We really felt at home here. The hosts thought of everything and we settled in immediately. This place has so many great features: short walk to the beach, swimming pool, well maintained courtyard and grounds, great views of Haleakalā, amenities to make us feel at home, to name a few... We'll be back next time we're on Maui.

Absolutely perfect!!
We travelled to Maui with our family for the first time, and truly feel like we hit the jackpot with this home! It was the perfect location for our family (we have 3 children under 10). Baby beach which is a 2 min walk is very calm (due to a rock wall) and great place for kids to enjoy the beach, water and also get up close with Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles which come to the shore daily!! It’s also just a quick drive to the town of Paia which was so charming with so many amazing restaurants and shops! Dean, Daniel and Manuela were exceptionally helpful with suggestions for things to do/see, and also very responsive if you have any questions at all. The house is immaculate and just a beautiful oasis. We had everything we needed! We would highly recommend this house, we will definitely be returning!!

Fantastic time in Spreckelsville
This spectacular property is located a short east walk to the beach. We were there every day morning and evening. Pain is a cozy little town with great food and the other parts of the island are easily access. Great trip, great place, great hosts! Daniel Manuela and Dean were super responsive to our questions and the house was phenomenal.

Maui Paradise at its finest
An amazing time had by everyone. Place is magical and incredibly well cared for. This home ranks the highest for our family vacations. Whether at the pool, in the living room , on the side patio there is plenty of quiet space to be found. And the outdoor shower was a hit when coming home from the beach.
