Family & wedding plans
Get 2gether w/family & beginning of wedding plans. Got venue booked (Pagosa)& wedding gown (in Durango). Very roomy & clean cabin. LOVED the wrap around porch. Great location, nice & quiet. Stars at night were awesome. Big table 4 board games. Great lounging sectional.

Celebration

Pagosa springs hunting
The house is beautiful, very nice accommodation. Very nice layout. Only flaw was, the downstairs room was very very cold, and we were unable to adjust the temperature. Our week was fabulous, definitely looking forward to returning again next year.

Quiet and lovely
This is a great property in a nice quiet area. Coffee on the porch, walks to the lake, easy drive into Pagosa and grilling on the deck. The house was clean and comfortable and the property manager waa so easy and responsive. Highly recommend!

perfect place to stay with beautiful views.
This home was great. The place was very clean, well-stocked with everything. Large enough for the 6 people that stayed. we were very impressed at how easy it was to find, and the views of the mountains were beautiful. would definitely stay there again and will let friends and family know of this great home. Thank you for a great place to stay for our weekend.

Skiing Anyone?
Was just perfect for our group--Austin tennis friends getting in some skiing. The house was just as advertised and everything about our visit was seamless, comfortable, and clean. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Fabulous fun.
My husband and I booked this property for a month. The beds were cozy, kitchen well appointed, TV/WIFI options excellent. Kids and grandkids from Minnesota, Nebraska and Arizona visited us in stages while we were there. We took advantage of the opportunities for hiking, fishing, kayaking, and tubing down the river. Everyone and every age had a great time. When we needed ANYTHING...the office staff were very friendly and quick to respond. The people operating local businesses were also welcoming and helpful. A very special place, this.

Absolutely wonderful!
Relaxing, refreshing long weekend! Definitely want to stay here again! Suggestions to make the house even better-- a few more towels that are not new & white... snow can make things a bit dirty; needed a few more laundry pods, stronger wifi or satellite TV would have been very enjoyable, kind of a questionable hanging set to the side in the upstairs bedroom. Love this house! Thanks for a very enjoyable weekend!

Clean and cozy home in a clean and cozy neighborhood
The stay was wonderful overall. The home had everything listed in the listing and even more. Small nitpicks were poor WiFi connectivity and poor lighting in the living space for night activities. Overall a beautiful home with everything that was needed.

Beyond Expectations!
Probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed at! Gorgeous home with every amenity. Loved grilling outside and sitting in the back porch swing. Our little 8 pound ShihZu loved it as well and we really appreciated it being dog friendly. Proximity to hiking and biking was wonderful! Recommend this home highly! Best regards to the owners and great property managers.

Loved property.
Great property, close to town, and beautiful area. Spacious and well decorated. One complaint, none of the televisions were operational. Host sent someone to fix problem but was unable to resolve.

Glad you enjoyed the home. I checked out the tv's and within an hour texted back to your daughter the correct Apple TV password and your daughter thanked me and confirmed that it was working. We took that as a confirmation that everything was working and we didn't hear anything from you afterwards. We're so sorry if the tv wasn't working. Lori & Stuart

Pagosa Springs getaway
Had a wonderful time at this beautiful property about 8 miles from downtown Pagosa Springs. Many hiking trails nearby and lots to do. Property was beautiful and very comfortable. Well/stocked kitchen with treats available to enjoy. Thank you for a wonderful time.

A definite repeat
Great house, plenty of room for larger groups. A little far from town (maybe 6 miles) but a beautiful drive. Would definitely stay there again.

Great property - quiet quality
Family of four had a lovely fall trip staying at this beautiful mountain home. High quality furnishings. Weighted blankets were a nice touch. Responsive property manager. Would highly recommend.

Nice Home
Nice clean and up-to-date home! Good neighborhood with pretty views. Close to some very nice hiking. Fun balcony on the back of house with porch swing and nice views. Communication was good, and everyone was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. We liked this house a lot, and would not hesitate to rent it again, or recommend it to a friend!

Warm, cozy & all the necessities of home
The house was just as beautiful as the pictures. It is in a quiet neighborhood with not very many houses around. Perfect location for us... just minutes to Piedra River for hiking, or mountain biking down Nipple mountain or soaking in the hot springs. Jessica was quick to make sure we had everything we needed and to answer all our questions. Warm and cozy with all the necessities of home and in close proximity to grocery store made this a perfect place for us to stay. Thank you!!!!
