"Lovely hotel, comfortable beds"

"We had an amazing overnight stay. The staff were very welcoming, informative and professional. We opted to have dinner in our room (private dining). This was definitely a very rememberable experience with a six course meal. The food for the whole trip was some of the nicest I had. The view from our room was breathtaking. I hightly recommended Ambassador Cruises in Ha Long Bay."

"They have made our stay so comfortable and nice, we had to come back from our trip to Ha Long Bay. They provided extra towels for my daughter, held our luggages to our room, opens the door every time we enter or exit, and were always smiling and attentive. Oh, and breakfast was out of this world. Rooftop bar has amazing view, pool is clean, although very slippery. They offer 20 different food on top of pho, omelet etc. I ate passionfruit everyday. Overall fantastic stay. "

"The highlight of my Vietnam trip I had a blast. My main issue was with their lack of coordination when it came to payment. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge. "Was a lovely stay in a clean room with helpful staff. Unfortunately I was sick on my one full day there so did not explore the local area. The main bars seem to be a 20 minute drive away though."
