The floor we stayed on was noisy, heard the ice machine going all night. Not very sound prooof could hear people stomping around upstairs and in the hallway. Hut tub was out of order, big reason we booked there. Checked out a day early and got out of there

Breakfast time was rushed. Even for the weekend it ended at 9:30AM. Most hotel have it at 10:00 or 10:30 on the weekend. We were nudged few times by house keeping even before 11:00. Felt like we were being nudged to leave as asap.

Hot tub was broken and the pool was icy cold. Even my water baby that will go in cold water didn’t last more than 2 minutes. Breakfast was ok. Front desk staff was nice, but the breakfast staff were not very friendly.

Very nice rooms—comfortable beds, rooms pretty clean. A small kitchenette—microwave, refrigerator, sink, coffee maker w/individual pods in the room. Check in was easy w/the afternoon staff. The morning staff not very attentive—had to search them out to get them to help me. Breakfast was the usual cereal, waffles, eggs. It’s not the greatest/healthiest, but if you need something to eat you could find it. Small workout room and laundry room. Safe area. Beautiful lake.

Property is clean and surrounded with multiple hotels around. It is just close to glen canyon dam overlook. Page is a small town, this hotel close to many restaurants by drive. Only drawback is, i booked H2H as I need kitchen but I did not get the induction stove as was told it will be given as first come first served.

Not happy that dogs are allowed, I was badly bitten and have a real fear. If this will be future policy could you at least keep animals in one area, possibly the first floor only. The thought of dogs at one time sleeping on the bed I am presently using turns my stomach.

Hotel felt safe and was very comfortable (loved the bedding!) Chose because of hot tub and breakfast. Breakfast was a lot better than most; Hot tub not so great. Most visitors to Page are there because of Lake Powell, so really great accommodations for those visitors.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately maintenance issues kept it from being a top-notch stay. Missing utensils in the silverware drawer. Almost out of toilet paper and paper towels. Rust in shower. Bathroom mirror lighting did not work. Food in freezer from previous hotel guest. All of these issues could be easily avoided by staff prior to our stay.

We looked on a discount website for a hotel and reviews were good. Had a wonderful time. 40 degrees out and the hot tub was nice! Breakfast was wonderful. Walkable to Glen Canyon overlook. Quiet. Clean. Friendly, helpful staff.

This is a nice new hotel! The one complaint I have is that it says full kitchen but there is no type of stove or oven. The rooms come with a nice sized refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher but I feel like for it to be considered a full kitchen you should be able to cook a real meal. I would stay here again but I recommend planning any in-room meals accordingly.

Stunning Facilities, Disappointing Staff
I recently stayed at a newly built hotel, and my experience was a mix of awe and disappointment. The property, rated 2 stars, surpassed expectations with facilities that could easily compete with 4-star hotels in other cities. The suites were impressively furnished, featuring a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher and a full-size refrigerator. The overall design showcased attention to detail, creating a visually pleasing atmosphere. However, the positive aspects of the stay were overshadowed by the disappointing behavior of the staff, particularly the receptionist. Despite the luxurious surroundings, the customer service fell short of expectations. The receptionist was notably unfriendly and unhelpful, contributing to a less-than-welcoming atmosphere. One frustrating incident occurred during breakfast, which was supposed to be available until 9:30. Unfortunately, at 9:20, staff members began removing items, indicating a rushed conclusion to the meal service. The situation worsened at 9:28 when a receptionist rudely closed the curtain in front of a guest trying to grab a last-minute item. Such behavior, both from the receptionist and during breakfast service, is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on the hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction. In summary, while the hotel itself is a gem with stunning facilities and a well-designed interior, the overall experience is tainted by the subpar behavior of the staff, especially the receptionist.
