We had a nice stay. The home was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work during the entire stay so we were not able to use the gaming system or watch TV during downtime. So, that was a bit of an inconvenience. Other than that, we would stay again if we returned to Page.

We rented this place for my In-laws 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration. Original we were supposed to have 6 adults and 7 kids but ended up only have 4 adults and 3 kids. There was so much space in this house even if they all would have shown up we still would have a ton of space. Our kids absolutely loved the Mario cart racing game in the upper living room, the big backyard that they were able to run around and the hot tub. There was even a surprise kids room under the house that had toys and such. My 4 year old son loved the Tonka trucks. My mother in law annd I especially loved the huge kitchen. We had no problems making breakfast for our group of 7. The jouse is perfectly located between the Wahweap/Stateline boat ramps at Lake Powell for our Lone Rock pontoon boat rental and the guided tours at Dixie’s Lower Antelope Canyon Tours. We ate dinner at The Barnyard (very kid friendly), Strambolli’s Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria and Birdhouse. All 3 places are very good and recommend checking them out.

Great hub for Powell boating crew! Family friendly!

Great house for large families with kids. The Wii game was a hit. Kitchen is fully equipped and renovated. Beds are really comfortable. Boat parking and hot tub was a plus. Location is close to town. The house is quite a bit more dated/ less luxurious than we are used to, but the kitchen is updated and large and a great place to gather. July is hot and some areas in the house like the playroom, have a hard time staying cool. But if you are in search of a hub for a large family to hit Lake Powell it’s great!

Great place for a large group

9 of us stayed here while doing an ultramarathon in Page. The space is plenty large—we hosted several others for dinner one night and all fit comfortably in the same living space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple large meals. Incredibly responsive hosts—a switch on the oven was working and they had someone out to repair it within the hour. Page isn’t big, so we were only a few miles from groceries, coffee, etc.

Best Large Open Space for Families

This place has the best open floor plan for large families. The kitchen is great, the dining table fit everyone, and it opened into a sitting room. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I've stayed at in Page. All the adults had their own bedroom, which is always a plus. The kids especially loved the Mario Kart system and the outdoor space and toys.

This was a perfect place to stay with our bigger family and friend group. The AC was amazing especially since outside was over 100 degrees everyday. You’ll have a great experience at this location.

Fun House in Page

Great communication with the host! Answered any and all questions regarding our stay in Page, AZ and gave us great recommendations to check out! Smooth check-in/out process and the house was big enough to fit the 4 families that we were traveling with. The kids absolutely loved the house and all the fun things there was to do inside and outside of the house. Kitchen island fit so many people. We had a great time. The location was perfect for getting to all the activities we had planned. The house was large enough for our group and had some things to do for all ages! The hot tub and back yard were nice for evening relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked, they even had coffee delivered because they were low! The owners were easy to communicate with and had good advice for things to do. Would recommend this house for families visiting Lake Powell!!

Spacious house with in walking distance to overlook.

Comfortable and spacious house for our family of five adults and 3 children. Kitchen was ready for us to cook most of our meals at home. All around very nice place. Fun to have the ping pong table and spacious yard.

It was a quirky house, but very clean and it our needs well. It was easy to get in and out of. Lots of room to give everyone their space. The kids loved the hot tub. We even did one of the puzzles that were there. We had an issue with the house, and the owners took care of the problem immediately. It was great and we would stay there again.
