Summer Reunion

The property was very clean and in an awesome location. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. We cooked every meal at the house and even grilled out. The wifi worked very well. The communications with our host was very good. We had a party of 15 and needed more towels and he made it happen very quickly. The hot water worked amazingly, 15 people cycling thru showers and the water never got cold and the pressure was great. We had an abundance of parking we had 4 suvs and a trailer. The only negative things I will say is that with a party of 15 the seating wasn't really enough. They had a sectional and a couple chairs in the main living area. They had a large round dining table that comfortably sat 7 at the most and 4 bar stools. We did have children with us so we covered the coffe table and sat a few kids there. Also, it says it will sleep 16, if you have all adults the sleeping arrangements would not work. The futons worked for the kids but our adults could not sleep there. The beds in the master bedroom and 1 of the queen rooms were amazing, but other mattresses need to be updated, they were very hard on even our younger adults backs. 1 more thing and it was totally are fault fir not looking at the outside, we brought badminton and a few outdoor games and there really wasn't anywhere flat to play with these without hitting the vehicles. We also thought there could have been a better place for the fire pit, to close to cars. I definitely would recommend.

July 4th back at the Lake

After 10 years away from Lake Barkley our family came back for July 4th. We have a boat which sleeps a few but needed more beds. Todd was wonderful to work with adjusting things up to check in. We let him know of a couple of minor things which did not affect the stay but just happen when a house is rented often. The house was the perfect place to meet after days on the water! We would definitely rent from Todd again!

Fishing trip

This is our second time staying. We stayed in the 5 bedroom down the street from this location. We loved the privacy and how easy it was to move our boats around. The only issue we had was trying to get the NBA games to show without having to login to our own accounts. We plan on staying here as much as possible going forward.

Friends meet up at the lake

House is close to town easy to walk in a quiet neighborhood. It has comfortable beds and everything is working as it should and it has lots of household items so made it an easy comfortable weekend for 2 families.

LBL Trail Race Stay

Christmas at the lake

My wife and I met my Mom, Sister, and Brother-in-law for Christmas. The house had a Christmas Tree which was a nice touch. It's close to everything in Grand Rivers. A few dining and shopping options. Not far from Paducah if you are looking for something bigger. Quiet place at the end of cul-de-sac.

WONDERFUL!

Everything we needed was there. Everything was super clean and neat. Communication with the owner was great too! Loved that it was within walking distance of the lights, restaurants, lake, shows, etc. Loved being able to watch so many deer outside and so close.

Christmas Trip 2024

Our goal for the trip was to get away for a few days to relax as a family & enjoy the Festival of Lights, this was our first time to GrandRivers & our first time using Vrbo - it did not disappoint!! The property was exactly how it was described/pictured on the site & the check in/check out was a breeze. The property was VERY clean & had everything we needed for our stay. We had a wonderful time!!!!

Nice for Group Gathering

Very nice house, centrally located with plenty of room for 10 adults to stay. It is comfortable and quiet with a nice front porch area. We enjoyed great dinners at Patti's, the Oasis Southwest Grill and The Pond. Played some nice golf courses in the area and enjoyed the scenery.

Beautiful and peaceful retreat

House is located near Patty's settlement in a very peaceful quiet place just minutes from Grand Rivers. House is very well maintained and beautiful inside and out. Very spacious plenty of sleeping areas and bathrooms for large group. Had a great time and we'll rent from them again
