Fabulous stay in Beach Lodge again... cant wait to come back next year!! Perfect! Kitchen well appointed, comfortable accommodation... so close to the beach and The Harlyn with live music just minutes away... is great. The dogs love it too!!

Our second stay in this fantastic place. So close to the beach but down a quiet lane so it's peaceful. Lovely very useable outside space for both humans and dogs which is sunny for most of the day. Everything you could possibly want in the lodge. Personally I'd prefer a microwave to the air fryer as I am lazy on holiday and use ready meals! Furniture is practical and comfy. Very well equipped for families with two TVs, DVDs, games etc. I love this place and can't recommend it highly enough.

Lovely cottage. Very close to fabulous beach. Cafes bars restaurants all close by. Wetsuit hire, board hire etc. A couple of minor niggles have been reported to owner who responded positively but nothing that would stop us booking again. Adult bedroom on ground floor while others upstairs could be an issue for some.

Family holiday, excellent stay

Lovely location, right next to beach that we, teenagers and the dog loved. Very functional base. Just needs an outside tap and hose so we could wash down us and the dog when coming off the beach to avoid sand inside.

Great location so near beach!

Spacious, Comfortable and clean accomodation, enclosed garden perfect for our dog.Lovely week, with great access to coastal path and lovely Harlyn Bay, enjoyed swimming and walking.Minor points kitchen could do with a microwave and doors/windows need some servicing/adjustment as they are stiff to open and some trouble with getting key to turn and lock front door.

Beach Lodge is only 90 steps from the beach at Harlyn Bay, a perfect base for the sea & sand. Dog friendly all year round this was perfect for us.

We have had the most wonderful holiday. The location is perfect & having dogs and young children we have all been able to have fun & relax. The house is lovely & Maria has been so helpful. We look forward to returning again soon.

Wow what a location!

Wonderful break with my trusty 4 legged bestie. Having the beach so close was fantastic and lying in bed hearing the waves so relaxing. Ideally placed for great food and other beaches and walks; could not have asked for more, will definitely be back!

Had a great stay. The place was lovely (photos don’t do it justice) plenty of room for everyone . Nice enclosed sitting out area. Down a quiet track but so close to the beach. We love Harlyn so a really good find

Perfect holiday

The lodge was beautifully decorated and looked after with everything you could need. The proximity to the beach and the coast path is a massive plus and the beach is fabulous. The garden area had a sunny aspect all day long which my two dogs just loved.The lodge is close to the beach but being positioned down a private lane it was peaceful and quiet. We really had an amazing stay and have booked again for September.

Fabulous beach location

Fabulous location, cottage comfortable and spotless, kitchen well equipped. Bedlinen and pillows, duvet good quality. Shame no towels provided.Garden not huge but secure and pet friendly, more than adequate with the dog friendly beach less than 5 minutes away. Patio nice and private.Turn into lane and parking for cottage very tight, needs extra care.

Perfect property for the perfect location!

We had a fantastic stay at Beach Lodge for our half term getaway! The house is amazing and had everything you need for a fabulous stay just yards from our favourite beach in Cornwall. Excellent welcome with some biscuit treats for the kids! So lovely that we could bring our dog to enjoy our time away as well. Couldn’t fault it in anyway. We will certainly be back. Thank you!

Good location for beach and property was comfortable

The property was comfortable and functional with all the extras you could need. Its in a great location for spending time on the beach! Our Dog enjoyed it very much! The only thing was the ensuite shower was only giving out cold water and the shower tray wouldn't drain very well. The shower clearly needs replacing and the shower tray some regular unblocking. I would suggest the owners (who live just next door) should do more regular checks on the property to make sure everything is in working order, rather than waiting for guests to report issues. The upstairs shower is ok but positioned very low so not great for anyone over 4 foor tall. There is Sky TV in the property but our viewing was limited by the Sky pin which the owners didnt give us when requested. Overall we enjoyed our stay and with these things resolved would highly recommend to property! Please note there is no mobile phone signal at the property, so switch on Wifi calling!! its better signal on the beach.

Location, location, location

Lovely holiday lodge, suited our family of 6 (from 18 years to 60) perfectly. Very clean with all the facilities we needed. Great garden with BBQ and seating. Totally secure for our dog. Plenty of things to do in the lodge if you have kids. The location of the lodge could not have been better. Only a few steps from the brilliant beach, which is amazing!!!! Dogs allowed all year on it too. Fab beach cafe/bar which does fantastic food - went several times. Loved every second of our stay.

A rare find!

A rare find indeed, genuinely a few yards level walk to a fantastic beach. Soft sand and the opportunity to body board or surf, usually when the tide turns. Otherwise paddle or swim. The real bonus for us was that dogs are permitted all year round on the beach..not often found these days. Hot drinks and food also available. Padstow a quick drive or bus ride with a huge range of eatery’s. Beach lodge was comfortable with sky TV not limited to free view. Overall a very enjoyable and comfortable stay, would recommend.

6 day break

Lovely holiday lodge in a perfect location so close to the stunning beach. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of games, books DVD’s for those travelling with children. Lovely safe enclosed garden which was great for our little dog. Hosts were very kind and accommodating.
