Small villa with lake-view terrace within an elegant residence featuring a swimming pool, tennis court and jetty with direct access to the lake and beach, set in a 5,000 square metre park planted with century-old olive trees, in Padenghe sul Garda.



The house opens onto a spacious and bright living room equipped with a comfortable sofa, two dining tables with chairs and a splendid terrace with table and outdoor chairs from which you can enjoy an enchanting view of the lake and the residence garden. The kitchen, separated from the living room, is complete with all comforts. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with single bed and wardrobe. The apartment continues on the upper floor with the sleeping area composed of two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed whilst the second has a bunk bed. Both rooms have a wardrobe and window with a view of the garden. Externally, at the back of the apartment guests can enjoy a private garden with portico, table, chairs and barbecue perfect for preparing delicious meals to be enjoyed outdoors. In addition to this area there is also a further small garden with direct access to the residence garden and the lake.



*The residence also benefits from an additional barbecue shared with the other apartments, direct access to the lake, beach and lakeside walk.



*The swimming pool is available from 10 June to 30 September from 8 am to 11 pm, from 8:00 - 23:00. The use of a swimming cap is required.

Padenghe is a small town on the Brescia shore of Lake Garda, nestled in the greenery of the moraine hills. This land constitutes the productive area of the most important D.O.C. wine in the province of Brescia: the "Garda Classico". The Castle of Padenghe sul Garda hosts theatrical companies for interesting evenings, musical groups, historical and folkloric re-enactments that fill the sweet evenings after a day spent on a boat or on the beaches. This area of Lake Garda also offers many nightclubs for younger people. There are also long walks, cycle paths, fields, a rich programme of events and golden beaches to enjoy during the summer season. The beaches of Padenghe sul Garda are beautiful in every season, as is the mysterious and romantic historic centre.



The apartment is easily accessible from the nearby Verona airport, which is only 40 minutes away by car.
