"I was in town for a family reunion. I wanted a place to accommodate me, my sister, her son, and my daughter, both adults. The location was great, as it is very near Balboa Park, the venue for the reunion. We arrived to a clean, easy to access home, with plenty of room and a beautiful back patio. The house worked out great. We even had some family back to the house after the reunion. Patrick was availableand responded immediately as we communicated"

"We were so pleased! The beds and couch were comfortable! The entire space was clean. I was pleased with the space and the A/C. The kitchen had the things we need. The fridge was big and pristine. The neighbors are so quiet. Street parking isn’t my favorite but it wasn’t horrible and the location was amazing! We went to universal and it was so close. "Loved the location of this apartment. We were able to walk to the Warner Brothers Studio Tour. The apartment had everything we needed. Great kitchen and laundry room. Clean and safe location. The beautiful back yard area was very nice for relaxing in the evening. We are both over 50 and loved the ground floor cnvience. Definitely better than staying in hotel....and a parking spot! Host was fantastic at communication."

The neighborhood felt very safe, and having a supermarket nearby made it easy to buy groceries during our stay. "The place was decent for a one night stay. Check-in directions were a little confusing on how to access the unit but was able to figure it out. The place is a little noisy at night as it’s right next to a busy freeway and the bedroom was a little bright at nighttime due to lighting from a property across the street, it could use some blackout curtains. The couch and carpet were pretty dirty and in need of a serious steam cleaning. The coffee maker was a nice touch and the two tv’s were enormous."
