"This place was as advertised. Very nice and friendly location and quite beautiful view of the water. Weather was perfect and the place had everything you needed to make the stay more comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped as well as the new appliances to come with it and the place is very well decorated, I love my stay I’ll be Back."

"I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy...

"David's apartment is a beautiful, well-maintained, and nicely-furnished 2-bedroom located near 9th st and Folsom st. It has everything you'd need for a long-term stay. The front bedroom is the nicer of the two: the natural light and desk make for a very comfortable space. The back bedroom has no desk and the window looks out directly into the siding of the building, so there's no view. But the room is comfy. Both rooms have closets and tons of storage space. The kitchen is small but...

"The place is great. Pictures are very accurate. Neighborhood is great. The only issue we had was that the living room and hallway lights didn't work. A circuit must have been tripped. Minor issue to resolve but we could never find the breaker box and repeated attempts to communicate with property manager went unanswered. So the entire trip we couldn't sit in the living room in the evening because it was pitch dark. Quite annoying. But overall a nice place. I would just be concerned about...

"Fuimos a San Francisco para asistir a un congreso médico y estuvimos una semana en la preciosa casa victoriana en Nob Hill. La casa, además de muy bonita y muy bien situada, tiene absolutamente de todo (electrodomésticos, plancha, secador...). Desde la inmobiliaria fueron muy atentos, respondiendo nuestros mails casi inmediatamente y ayudándonos en todo momento. Nuestra estancia fue estupenda y recomendamos sin duda este alojamiento."

"This flat was very clean and comfortable for 3 mama friends that needed a break. The porch was wonderful to sit out at the fire pit at night and breakfast in the sun in the morning. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of space. Only 2 blocks from the beach."

Manque un peu d ustensiles pour cuisiner: casseroles et le four ne fonctionne pas. Dans l ensemble logement confortable et conforme aux photos. Facilité pour y acceder."
