My husband and I stayed here with our two children (19 and 17) and our dog. We frequently stay in the PG area and this house is probably in the top three most lovely houses we’ve ever stayed in. It’s spacious, clean, and retains the charming mystery of an old house while still having modern amenities. The view to the ocean is fantastic but the trees across the street (for me) were the true star. There are binoculars for you to use to watch the deer each morning/evening and it’s lovely to wake up to the sound of the ocean. We will certainly stay here again! Our Honda CRV was able to fit in the garage (the door is low, as stated) but no issues there. The yard was secure for our dog, however we did push the BBQ in front of the side gate, just in case he got any ideas about trying to crawl under it, as it does not come all the way to the ground. Some strategic shades in the living area would be helpful, although we got used to it; the living area is above the street level, but the windows are large and visible from a distance. The kitchen had everything we needed except a cooling rack for cookies and a very flat spatula for flipping pancakes. :) Easy fixes, as the kitchen is large, open, bright, and welcoming. What a great trip and I recommend you book this home!
