Welcome to The Shell Shack, a cozy Pacific City cottage tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood and less than a mile from the beach. With a sunny front deck, blooming garden, comfortable living spaces, and all the essentials for a relaxed coastal stay, this is the kind of place where you can settle in, slow down, and enjoy a little time away from the everyday.

The home offers a comfortable layout with plenty of room for families or friends traveling together. On the main level, you'll find the well-stocked kitchen, living room, dining area, a queen bedroom, and a full bathroom. The large sunny deck extends the living space outdoors and is a great spot to start the day with a cup of coffee, spend some time in the fresh coastal air, or fire up the BBQ for an easy dinner at home.

Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom. One bedroom features a queen bed, while the other has two twin beds, giving everyone a comfortable place to settle in at the end of the day. The home's layout makes it easy for everyone to have their own space while still providing welcoming common areas for gathering, relaxing, and sharing meals.

The kitchen is stocked with the essentials you'll need to prepare meals during your stay, whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or putting together dinner after a full day exploring the coast. When you'd rather keep things simple, the BBQ grill makes outdoor cooking another easy option.

You'll also have complimentary WiFi throughout your stay, so you can stay connected when needed while still enjoying a proper Pacific City getaway. A Pack 'n Play is available for families traveling with little ones, adding a bit of convenience for those who need it. In addition, a bedside infant bassinet is also available upon request.

Outside, the spacious sunny deck and garden give The Shell Shack some of its charm. It's an inviting place to enjoy the fresh coastal air and take advantage of those quieter moments between adventures. After a day of walking the beach, exploring the river, or discovering Pacific City's shops and restaurants, there's nothing better than coming back to your own little corner of the coast.

The Shell Shack is located in a quiet residential neighborhood where you'll be able to enjoy a more relaxed setting while remaining close to the things that bring people to Pacific City. The beach, river, restaurants, and local attractions are all within easy reach, and the home is less than a mile from the ocean. Depending on where you're headed, you can leave the car at home and enjoy a walk through the neighborhood or hop in the car when you're ready to explore farther.

Parking is available for a maximum of two cars at the property. Trailers and RVs are not permitted, and if you need additional parking, please ask in advance so we can help determine what options may be available.

The Shell Shack is a no-pets property. Guests must be 24 years of age or older to book. Occupancy rules apply, and a rental agreement will be sent after booking confirmation. Convenient lockbox entry makes arrival simple, and exterior surveillance is present on the property for security.

Pacific City is one of those Oregon Coast communities that makes it easy to spend an entire vacation without ever feeling like you need to rush. The community sits along a beautiful stretch of the Three Capes Scenic Route, with miles of sandy beach, the Nestucca River, dramatic coastal scenery, and the iconic Haystack Rock rising just offshore. Cape Kiwanda is the centerpiece of the area and one of the most recognizable landscapes on the Oregon Coast. Depending on the conditions, you may see surfers out on the water, dory boats launching from the beach, or visitors climbing the dunes and taking in the views.

The Nestucca River provides a completely different coastal experience just a short distance away. The river meets the Pacific at Pacific City and is popular for fishing, kayaking, wildlife watching, and simply enjoying the scenery. You can spend the morning on the beach and the afternoon along the river without having to travel far.

Pacific City is also a great home base for exploring the wider North Oregon Coast. Take a scenic drive along the Three Capes Scenic Loop, explore nearby Oceanside and Cape Meares, or head north toward Tillamook for the famous Tillamook Creamery. Continue south toward Lincoln City for additional beaches, shopping, restaurants, and coastal attractions.
