Tide Together is the perfect destination for a family retreat, couple’s getaway, or vacation with friends. Located on the vibrant corner of Madison, East Main Park is right out the front door, and feels like your own personal lawn for playing catch, croquet, frisbee, family gatherings, or special events. A short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the indoor heated pool (which can be seen right out the back door, making trips to the pool quick and fun all year round!) Or hop over to main street to browse shops like SeaWorthy Home or Salty Dog, grab a pizza and growler to go at Frontager’s, groceries or a sandwich at the Market, a bottle or linger for wine tasting at Stowaway, morning coffee and pastries at the bakery, or a treat at Sweet Life. So much to do, right out your front door!
Tide Together is a new home with plenty of upgrades, designed to feel special and one-of-a-kind. This first ever unique floor plan offers hand-finished fir hardwood floors throughout (great for pets and allergies) and features an open-concept main floor perfect for gathering and entertaining with an open entry, living room, dining room with French doors overlooking the forest, a large breakfast bar peninsula, expansive kitchen, powder room, and spacious enclosed sun room with Twin/King convertible daybed (a perfect space to enjoy all seasons – guests love listening to the rain on the metal roof or opening the windows for the ocean air.) Within the dining area, you can comfortably seat 10 using the table and kitchen peninsula with stools.
Cooking is fun here and our fully-stocked kitchen with granite counters, and stainless steel appliances (including a gas range) will make everyone feel like a gourmet chef! From breakfast, to group dinners, or late-night snacks, this kitchen is the heart of the home and makes staying part of the action easy to do. Relax on comfy leather sofas by the gas fireplace. Dogs love snuggling up in our fuzzy pet bed alongside the fire too! Watch a movie from our well-stocked DVD library, or choose one of our many Wii games. We also have plenty of board games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained.
Upstairs you will find a Primary Suite with a king mattress bed and pillows, night stands, dresser, mirror, and a deep closet with luggage bench. The Primary overlooks the beautiful park (providing spectacular coastal sunset views) and has an attached full bath with pedestal sink and classic hexagon tiles. Also, upstairs is a second bedroom with a Queen deluxe Memory Foam mattress bed and pillows, night stands, large mirror, and a large double-sided closet with luggage bench. The third bedroom upstairs sleeps 4 with two sets of custom built-in bunk-beds each with their own Twin deluxe Memory Foam mattress and personal nautical light. Another full bath is conveniently located by these bedrooms, again with a pedestal sink and classic hexagon tiles. Large-capacity front-loading washer and dryer are conveniently located in the upstairs hallway. All our rooms come fully stocked with high-end linens, quilts, comforters and pillows that are also hypoallergenic.
The front of the house faces west towards the ocean and features a covered front porch bordering East Main Park. We have a large built-in bench on the porch, and classic Adirondack chairs, providing a great place to relax with a cup of coffee while watching the kids play in the grass. Or grab a glass of wine, listen to the ocean and watch the spectacular sunset! This is also our favorite spot for taking family photos too!
The back offers a fully fenced yard, which kids and pets love! There is a private large 6-person hot tub and handy outdoor nautical towel hooks. The backyard also offers a hot/cold hose, making it super easy to wash up outside after trips to the beach – especially dogs! A propane grill is right outside the back stairs, making BBQ a great choice for meals! Built-in benches wrap around the backyard providing plenty of seating to enjoy outdoor entertaining. Embrace a simpler time with a bike ride on beach cruisers, available for rent at friendly Basecamp.
