House was very cute and home-y. After a very rainy day, it was nice to able get comfy with a movie, go into the hot tub and chill after a long day. I was falling asleep because I was so relaxed. The area is very quiet when not busy. Everything is just so cozy and aesthetic. Only complaint is I do wish check-in was sooner than 4pm.

Cute, well-appointed cottage in a great location near the ocean. We had a nice stay overall, but the hot tub never heated properly, and a kitchen cabinet along with the refrigerator handle were broken, which detracted from the experience.

The property was very pet and kid friendly. There was a pack and play and pet dishes as well as pet blankets to be used on furniture. The property was a short walk to "downtown", which was very convenient. We loved our stay and plan to return!

Our host Richard was wonderful and the amenities were fabulous. We love all the little special touches inside the house. We brought our dog and he loved it too. The house is in a perfect location with grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops just a few blocks away. The weather was beautiful and beautiful walk to the beach was perfect. We definitely will be back again.!! Thank you so much

The heat in the bathroom was not working or very inadequate especially with outside temperature being frosty. We did not enjoy taking a shower in a cold bathroom. The only lighting was in the ceiling and very inadequate to read our books by. Since it was cold outside we had planned to stay in and catch up on our reading over a few days. The bed pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. We had booked for three nights but left after the first day. The owner refused any kind of refund. We have stayed in many other homes in Seabrook and have enjoyed our stay and not been disappointed. Sorry to say this is not the case with this stay.

Hot tub was cool, until we turned up the heat and waited till the next day. It also foamed really bad. Owner charged us an extra cleaning fee for the hot tub afterward. We are clean 70 year olds and did not get it any dirtier than it was when we got there. Very disappointed in the charge.

A Perfect Stay at the Perfect Wave Cottage!We had an amazing time at the Perfect Wave Cottage! The communication was prompt for our getaway to Seabrook. The cottage itself was beautifully appointed, with stunning views and all the amenities we could want.The location was perfect for our needs, offering the tranquility we sought along with easy access to nearby attractions. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the cottage, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living space. The little things were all so thought out. We feel blessed to have had the opportunity to share time together in this home.Overall, our experience was nothing short of fantastic! Better sharp knives, there were only 2. Refrigerator froze my cucumbers but the beer was really cold. Refrigerator is really loud. We are not really complaining, just a little bit maintenance. Thank you Richard!

This is a great little cottage that is close to the main section of Seabrook. It was truly a delight staying here and we hope to come back again. Very clean and quite functional, even for four guests (only it was just the two of us). The hot tub in the back is a great way to unwind from a day at the beach. Really appreciate the host having coffee to enjoy in the mornings. A nice plus! I highly recommend staying here, as the location and host are fantastic!

Me and my husband wanted to have a short getaway. It was our first time staying in Seabrook and this tiny house made our short stay very relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. The house is beautifully designed—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with all the essentials you could need.Despite its small size, the space felt open and welcoming, with charming touches that made it feel like home. We especially loved taking peaceful walks through the neighborhood with our dog. The location is perfect—close to shops, the beach, and walking trails, yet tucked away enough to feel private and serene.We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind. Highly recommend this tiny gem for anyone looking to relax and recharge in Seabrook!
